Arrived quickly, instructions clear. Can’t say if they will do 10k pages but the price was competitive.Importantly my printer as it is an Asia Pacific model required 975 cartridges. It should not worry many on the Amazon UK site. This with a Google search can be fixed by calling HP and them talking you through putting in a one time code, but it’s a pain. Service from HP was also good, unlike the crazy price for their OEM cartridges. These from Kingway are much more reasonable for high volume cartridges, not cheap but they installed fine after fixing the region (no fault of Kingway). The black before printing in volume gave an error that it was empty a day after a test print, but once removed and reinstalled worked fine. You can see the non genuine in the web interface but this didn’t worry HP and actually is a point of pride as they are 60% cheaper than the originals (if you want them that badly then buy a new printer which is the same price!).It would be nice to see someone offer to recycle the old cartridges when you buy new but that’s a parallel point of feedback. Would highly recommend this solution to anyone with a Pagewide Pro.

You should know you purchased a printer that SPIES on you and actually also SQUELS on you to HP..HP knows when you fit a none OEM cartridge via WIFI and locks you out of using them . So if you keep ink stock that is ok when you buy it to use right away with latest chips on from KINGWAY ....a couple of months or less on and you will find the clever HP SPIES will lock down your printer from using these NONE OEM versions of ink.ITS VERY BAD THAT AFTER A MONTH YOU CANNOT RETURN YOUR INKS TO KINGWAY UNDER PRIME ....you are out of time and have lost your money ( Amazon rules on your orders ....check it) SO VERY UNHAPPY NOW WITH BOTH HP AND KINGWAY AND AMAZON.....all big brother nonsense and totally what is wrong with the GIG economy today... BEWARE

I haven't used compatibles in my year old HP477dw before as they simply weren't available as the product is so new.However, my experience with compatible cartridges is not good and so I tested out a yellow before I go on to purchase the full array of inks.It works faultlessly and the quality of print is exceptional.Hopefully it will last the full 7000 pages of printing without issues and so I'll know where to buy from in future.Highly recommended. Saves a small fortune in running costs and no annoying error messages from the printer, either.

This works out of the box - although the printer insists on berating me for using a non-hp cartridge. Occasionally, as the supply drops I have had to shake the cartridge up a little. Real value for money compared to HP's own brand.

Do not buy this ink cartridge if you have a HP Pagewide Pro 477dw MFP. Its complete waste of money, Amazon should remove this product. I got the below message when I replaced my depleted HP original cartridge with a Kingway 973x back ink cartridge which as advertised should be compatible with my printer."Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge".

A good replacement for HP cartridges which are far too expensive.This one worked well although we have had some replacements in the past that haven't..

Did not work in the printer

I order a set about a year ago and due to a firmware update on the printer they didn't work. I delivered a review and the seller immediately offered an explanation and a replacement with updated chips that worked brilliantly. I must say I appreciated the customer services. The ink is rich and gives good quality prints too. Overall, happy with the product and impressed with the customer service.
