Crippled by activation lock
The original one who bought this refurbished hardware is the ONLY person who can update it’s firmware. Cisco and their software/firmware support will not provide anything, and will treat you poorly when you call and ask for it. The incredulous attitude and negativity from Cisco support blew my mind, and for that I’ll never purchase Cisco hardware again.
