REVISED REVIEW! FIVE STAR!! THE COMPANY WAS GREAT ABOUT IT. REPLACEMENT CAME IN DAYS AND THEY WENT UP LIKE A DREAM. COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED.I bought 2 sets if these...one for my little office and another for a pantry/work area in our garage. Love them but the peel and stick had two strips of something that was so annoying to get off. Eventually they went up and worked beautifully. The second set is not working after I have hung them and now I have no choice but to take them down from where I want them and try them somewhere else and see if they work at all. They blink once when i plug them in but thats all. Hopefully I can figure it out. I got them in December of 2021 so my guess is they're not returnable at this point... 3 stars for now but I will revise if I can get things going...

I ordered 2 of these strip lights. One of them had an issue so I contacted RGH lighting via the email contact included in the package(very handy), RGH, got back to me immediately and after determining that it wasn't my power source they sent out a replacement pack right away. Customer service top notch!!! And a great product. My project looks GREAT!! Thanks RGH!

I have zero complaints about the lights but don't want anyone else to be frustrated or miss out on fully enjoying them. The 3M adhesive tape on the back is TERRIBLE ... virtually impossible to peel off cover. I ended up purchasing some extra clips at a local hardware store. Problem solved and very happy with outcome.

I will say I was a bit skeptical about the quality of this product given the low price. I used these in an annex room in our house for under cabinet lighting. They work perfectly and are easy to install. They adhere well to a clean surface and after a couple of months they are still fully attached to the surface with no signs of letting go. They were easy to trim to size and the different control features on the remote work very well. The only downside is the brightness. They are great for mood lighting but not really bright enough for task lighting. Regardless, they work to our satisfaction and I recommend the product.

This Product impressed me with the ease of setting up and choices of colors. During the past 6 years I have bought 4 different brands of LED string lights. Some do not work right out of the box and some quit after a few months. The longest operating has been about 12 months with some single lights quitting after 2 months,I cannot speak to the longevity of the lights, but this is the first that I have bought with an actual single prong plugin connector. Others have a flimsy multi connector plug.The remote control is simple to understand and use.

The media could not be loaded. I bought these lights for my shadow boxes I make. It’s great you can cut them to the length you want and they are super bright on high setting. Love all the different colors and features from solid, fade, blinking, strobe and a timer setting for 60 minutes. The backing adhesive could be a little more stickier but no complaints here. I actually bought 3 more packs. A+ product

My biggest complaint is, once you measure how much you need and cut it you cannot use the rest. I only used 60 inc. out of 16.4 ft of lights, now the rest are no good because the company failed to make parts available IE: IR controller which connects to the light strip and power cord and connectors. Really upset about that.As for the lights themselfs, not bad I thought they would be brighter especially the white. The remote is so-so you need to get use to it. Other than that I just got them today 5/24/2020. Will update.I really think they could have splurged and added a couple of connectors and IR receive as spares 20 bucks for 60 inc. of lighting is a lot I think. Lesson learned.

We used this for under cabinet lighting for a customer. Lights are great laa around. I will be purchasing again. Only thing is the white is not true bright white. It’s more of a light blue than white.
