Exchange to smaller size
Looks great! But I listens to reviews and got a size up and it's too big. I should of went with my normal size a medium instead of large. Would like to exchange if possible please

I love it! If anything changes I’ll update. I am 5’0 and weigh 145. I brought a small because my waist is pretty small and I figured I could tighten or loosen it as much as I wanted. It’s so worth it, this waist trainer is being sold for like $80 everywhere else.

Chemical smell
I just received my belt today. It reeks of chemicals and it is way too short for my torso. I think I chose the wrong waist trainer belt.

UPDATED: Turns out the chemicals on the neoprene cause allergic reactions. I'm currently in serious pain with severely swollen, red and itchy/painful skin. I washing it before wearing as well. I highly suggest not wearing this directly on your skin, put a tank top on first or something.I wore this today for the first time. I wore it to work for a total of 11 hours (put it on when I got dresses and removed it when I got home). I adjusted it a few times since I move a lot at work (I work in a sawmill). It was comfortable and provided wonderful back support. I didnt sweat nearly as much as I had anticipated, but it was also pretty chilly out. I will wear it for the rest of the week and see how I feel about it then. As of now, it will maintain being a good back support piece, which I definitely need.I would definitely buy it again. The quality is there, the price is perfect, it arrived in a day, and if I cha get body composition it will still fit since it has great stretch.

It was to short
This would of been so perfect if it was longer in "5" and it was way to short for my body. It does help me sweat so much and wraps great around me .but way to short.

This is a tremendous help to my back!!! I got a small. I am 5'7" and 135lbs. fits snug and immediately takes the pressure off my back. Works real
I'm eating healthy and at the gym. But it works reaaaal!!! Look my waist! It also helps to relieve back pain. It isn’t good for sitting because she wraps. Only do workout!!!!

I really like this belt
I really like this belt. Supports my back while working a 12 hour shift. However, after a while the Velcro starts to irritate and cause blisters to my abdomen. 😒
