I love this stuff but I wish the nozzle was easy to squeeze. Push to hard and a lot comes out. I always try to push just a little so he doesnt inhale to much cause it’s suppose to be 3 in 1. It says I can use it to drain my sons nose and give little sprits to help with dried mocos cause his nose is always clogged with dried mocos since we live in Palm Springs and we have dry nights sometimes but other than that love love love

It's sterile 0.9% sodium chloride and water in a spray bottle. In other words, it's exactly what your piercer recommends, but without the price tag of a product marketed specifically for piercings. My daith and tragus healed nicely using this spray.
