I use this to make Seitan. It’s an art but you need this to start with. This one is particularly good for Seitan and absorbs added flavourings really well. As a chef, consistency is vital and this profuct gives me that.

A good quality keto flour but by searching a little more you can get an alternative brand, just as good for a lot less.

When I first heard about seitan as a protein meat alternative I tried the 'mock duck' that H&B sell. I thought it was ok, but a bit pricy, and I also thought it would be one of those things that would be a real faff to make yourself - THAT couldn't be further from the facts - this stuff is incredibly easy to make - and is VERY reasonably priced - what more could you want????

Making Seitan

Spent a few months on low carb lifestyle, but very much missed having bread. This product has been great, having bread back in my life is a game changer, and is certainly giving me the opportunity to stick with my new lifestyle! Very happy 😁
