Can you turn with remote? Or only go forward and back?

To be clear you can turn an move it back an forth. Remote overrides foot pedal but child can still turn the wheel and override your remote, not a huge deal just a heads up

I am surprised the seller is saying yes to two kids, when it only has 1 seat, and it says both in the manual and on the safety sticker one kid at a time. Pretty disappointed in this as we read this feedback and got it because it said two seater and that is not the case.
