I ordered this beautiful picture for my Grandmother. She was so excited for it to arrive and hang it up in her living area. After 2 weeks of waiting for it to arrive we were sent an email saying we had gotten a refund due to it being ‘lost’ I just feel this is very poor excuses for such an expensive piece you would think they would take a little bit more care? I have re ordered it to hopefully receive it this time and I truly hope I am not let down this time..
