Another great product from Renogy!!
Fantastic charge controller and Dc to Dc charger. No need for multiple charges with this. Solar and dc to dc in one little unit. Also connect the Bluetooth adapter and you get all the info you need. Should highly recommend for a campervan Build.

Happy I made the change
So far so good, I did have the Renogy 20amp mppt that worked great and kept my 200amph lithium battery in good order. As my fridge started drawing a bit more due to weather and cloudy days I tried a cheap dc to dc charger add on- ones available on Amazon. Even tried the one with didgital display and it was rubbish realy. The dc to dc mppt dose the job nicely. Only thing I would say is the app don’t show battery % just voltage. I know as the voltage drops so dose the capacity but it would be nice to see somthing like the app I had for the BT 1 and mppt. Also I would advise upping your cable size to the max you can as I had issues with my 60amp tripping, the cable was hot also. I dropped the max charge to 40amp and all is good until I up the cable from the 70amp I was advised.

Very good system to keep things nice and tidy
All good. Install and forget. All I wish was that they included the optional display screen mentioned in the instruction manual. Not been able to find one of these for sale. Would also be good if solar voltage limit was higher for allowing series wired arrays (mainly to keep wiring thinner)

After 12 and half months it burned!!
I bought it in middle of October 2023. Few days ago during driving it started smelling very bad like burned plastic. I could see anything inside as it started smoking. I was lucky that I stopped on time as charger and one of the cables were super hot! I'll I had to order new one ASAP because I started my holiday. I'll be apreciate in Renogy could offer refund as everything was installed well and worked so long till now. Its weird that it got burned just after guarantee

I was very hesitant buying this product because of many failed reviews however I gave it a go. It's been 1 year and recently I thought mine was defect too as the dcdc charger didn't charge my lifepo4 battery. Almost sent it back but found out that the lithium batteries has a cut off point when the voltage is too low. It would only charge with very small amps and only to 12.7V. I just had to "reactivate" the lifepo4 battery and everything was back to normal. It's been running fine again with no issues. Definitely recommended product! Kudos to amazon for upholding the standard EU warranty laws.
