Excellent compression wear
This is a great value compression wear. Not only was it fairly easy to zip up with an extended tummy but it immediately improved my posture and focus on my abs. People started commenting on lost weight and how much smaller my tummy looked. It definitely made clothes look neater and less sloppy. I bought 5 in all because I love it so much. Breathable, snug but not excessively so. Quality remains consistent even after months of wear and wash. I highly recommend this if you have a need to flatten your tummy and improve your posture for clothes.

It's a tight fitting male corset that burns fat, builds your muscle, and overall slims you down.
I bought this because like most working professionals that sit down extensively with little opportunity to work out and eat healthy, my waistline was pushing out against my beltline and I was starting to get that male junk in the trunk. I initially purchased this because I needed to be able to fit in my professional shirts. I wear long sleeve shirts that are already tight (i.e. European cut) and I didn't want to address it by buying larger shirts, so I decided to wage a war against the beltline and this was my first weapon in the battle. There is absolutely no shame in it, women do it so why not men. It arrived via prime, and the corset itself arrives in a plastic package. Putting it on is a process of fitting it over yourself like a vest, and then you STRETCH it over your stuff and zip it up. I'm not sure if it's fooling anybody, and it does slim you down but it also just pushes everything from the bottom deck to the top deck. You take on the less of a profile of a snowman and more like a banana man. I'm sure as I was walking around I was getting a few side eyes with people wondering what was going on exactly. Was I fat-buff or was I just mishapen at birth? Only I knew and it was up to them to find out. I did feel extra buff while wearing it, and you feel a bit like batman putting on his suit when this goes over you. However, once you put this on and deal with those small steps, it's only all positives from there. Immediately, I was able to fit into my shirts, negating the need for me to have to buy more. Second, despite the fact that the corset was beige, it's not noticeable through my white shirt. Finally, after a few months of wearing it, weight loss is obvious. At first, it was just bulk, but now there's definition forming. I have come to find out that when you have a constrictive wrap over a body part, there's more going on physiologically than we know and the act of having a wrapping is stimulating the skin and the muscles underneath it. It's like a workout when you wear this. I would whole heartedly recommend this. It's a commitment but I wear it everyday at work and it's a very comforting to have this wrapped around you holding your stuff in place. It's all benefits.

Size is smaller than expected
Feels nice & looks to be well made. I ordered a 3XL which is one size larger than the chart shows to order and the zippers were at my sides. I couldn't even get it to zipper to fully try it on. I'm not hopeful that a larger size would work either. Sending back...

Awesome Product
Product fits very well... Purchased a large as a 6ft 210lb man... cinches in all the right places and fits well... the zipper makes it much easier to get on/off however does protrude a bit under tighter fitting garments under which this might be worn... zipper also makes a metal on metal sound when moved around so keep that in mind... I bit of soft tape fixes that issue, but the protrusion is still a smallish issue... last comment on the zipper is that’s its situated on the left side of the garment when putting it on which is opposite of where men’s zippers usually are placed... small issue but worth noting... alternative is a pullover compression shirt that would be much more difficult to get on/off especially when sizing down for a snugger fit... Overall a great product and worn with an appropriate outer layer (dress/collared shirt), this undergarment does exactly what it’s designed to do and does it well...

Great all- around slimming vest
I ordered a large for my dad (about 6 months ago) because he is trying to lose weight. Today I ordered a medium bc he has lost 13 lbs since he started wearing the vest. My dad has had most of his excess weight in the belly area for the last 30 yrs, so losing weight was very difficult for him. He has started walking and eating better but I know that without the help of this vest, he would have never slimmed his belly down. It keeps him motivated and helps him control hunger. It also instantly makes him look slimmer, so that is a huge motivator as well. I bought him a large bc he was 188lbs and it was a good fit. Held up for many months of everyday use. Def worth the money. It is also very hot here and he has been able to wear it in 90 degree weather. I highly recommend this product to anyone trying to lose weight or look slimmer. I also have male friends that have purchased it and love it.

High Quality but not quite enough compression
This is a revised review after wearing vest for a month. The size recommended on the site was large. Because I am seeking compression, which substantially helps with some forms of chronic pain, including spinal stenosis and spinal sclerosis, I ordered Medium. The quality of construction is very good, and at first the degree of compression was comfortable and helped somewhat in reducing body pain and helping with posture. However, after several weeks it has become clear that what I really want is a size somewhere between small and medium. The medium does not provide sufficient compression in the upper back/chest. I waited just a little too long to be able to return it, or I would, and am reluctant to expend more money for the small size, which may be too small. If I could have exchanged it though, I would have given it a try. I will look for a different product, but it is challenging to find something with this quality, ease of use and ease of washing, etc. Bottom line: not enough compression

Very Impressed!
I must say the delivery was fast and having had the opportunity to wear one of the shirts for an entire day, I am impressed! The shirt fit as expected; it is nice and snug. It did not bunch up on me and did not act as a "heat gear" as I anticipated upon inspection after opening the package. The shirt is made of a thick material and the zipper is of good quality. I thought I was going to be hot wearing the shirt but I was very comfortable. This is a great product that I highly recommend!

5' 9" 260 lbs Sizing Details / Is a Zipper Good? / Bunching
I really wanted to like this compression shirt. I thought a zipper would make it more convenient. (Not really.) It sounded like it would also help with posture. (Not so much.) I had a very hard time deciding on a size. Hopefully this description will help others with a similar build narrow down their choices. I'm 5' 9" and 260 lbs, with the bulk of my excess weight in my torso. I wear a size 40 or 38 jeans (under my gut). I typically wear 2X for most "loose fit" shirts (XL in a few brands, 3X in one) and the lower buttons often gap. Amazon recommended a Small. (WHAT???) The sizing charts indicated a 3X. I have another brand of compression shirt in an XL that is looser than I would like. I want it to really compress things. Many reviews say this one runs small. I wasn't sure if I wanted to try L, XL, or 2X. I ordered XL. The sizing was exactly what I was looking for. It was very tight (which is what I wanted), but I could get it on. A 2X probably would have fit but would have been looser than I wanted. First, it's almost impossible to zip up. I really thought I would like the zipper as an easier way to get it on. It didn't make it easier at all. Maybe if it was really loose it would. But it's a compression shirt. You get the two ends of the zipper together but it gaps apart so much above that, that you can't pull the zipper up. What I had to do what to zip it about halfway, slip into it (no easy task), then zip it the rest. Having a zipper was essentially useless. You also lose some of the stretchiness because of the zipper, so it bunches and doesn't adjust well as you move around. I also found the top of the shirt was higher than I liked. I mainly wear button-up shirts and leave the top/collar button undone, and the top of the compression shirt (with the zipper) is visible. With a tighter shirt, the shape of the zipper would also be visible. The top back of the shirt is also not very fitting and gaps out between my shoulders. I was hoping for some posture support to help keep my shoulders back, but it really didn't seem to offer any help with that. It holds my gut in nicely, but a cheap pullover compression shirt does that (and is cheaper and fits better). Between the useless zipper, the bunching, and the lack of shoulder support I'm not going to be using or keeping this.
