It took me more than a year to buy this famous Nordic bakeware as i was extremly skeptical about it. I was keep reading the reviews, adding the item on my basket then save it for later and finaly remove it, because they are very expensive. But few days ago i told myself let me by it and if i am not happy with it i can return it and i bought 5 different style. So today i used two of them and made a cake and it came out beautifuly. The cake just slided out like a fish. I am going to order other styles as well. i have falling in love with nordic💝

I'm not sure why this is listed as a 'bundt' pan / tin when it's very obviously a fancy loaf tin. That being said, this is a lovely, sturdy tin that didn't warp in the oven. As with any NordicWare pans, you need to grease the detailing very well to ensure nothing sticks. I used room-temperature, thickish coconut oil to do the job using a pastry brush to get into the crevices, let the cake cool completely in the pan before inverting, and it came out perfectly. Very minor niggles: it could have handles, and the price is a bit steep for a 6 cup loaf pan.

A perfect pan easy to use and clean. It makes a perfect cake even cover cake in melted chocolate. Melt chocolate pour into the pan gently put cake back into pan freeze for a good hour. Turn out and enjoy

Used this to make my mum a cake for mother’s day. I have several Nordic pans and although expensive these pans are the highest quality and will last a lifetime.

Used it twice! Oiled it with cooking oil, cake did not stick to turn pan, turned up nicely & fairly easily however my issue with it is cooking time take longer than the recipe instructions! Both time not well & evenly cooked! I am not sure if it is only me! I have been baking for long years

Ich habe die Backformen erst kürzlich entdeckt. Und bin leider schon hoffnungslos verliebt. ;) Der Preis ist zwar hoch aber die Freude über das perfekte Ergebnis, ist jeden Cent wert. Ich sprühe die Form mit einem Trennöl ein und verteile es dann nochmal mit dem Pinsel. Für die Kastenform habe ich ein Grundrezept halbiert und es passt prima. Der Kuchen wird gleichmäßig gar und brennt nirgends an. Das Herauslösen gelingt kinderleicht. Ich empfehle die Formen uneingeschränkt. Meine nächste Anschaffung wird die 4er Gugelhupfform. (Hüpf) :) Berichte dann auch über das Ergebnis.

Posso solo ripetermi. Ogni stampo acquistato ha confermato la qualità del marchio e la fattura indipendentemente dalla decorazione scelta. Anche le più elaborate e dettagliate forme garantiscono un risultato senza pecche anche a chi voglia cimentarsi senza esperienza.

Como buen Nordic Ware, es una buena inversión si te gusta que tus panes, panques o bizcochos tengan una hermosa presentación además del rico sabor que le das e incluso podrías dejar como pasteles naked. En cuestión de precio esta bien porque he comprado otros moldes de la misma marca (aclaro que no fue en Amazon), mucho más caros, pero este no es enorme pero dada su capacidad, grosor y calidad del material, lo vale.
