10 Strawberry Street 45-Piece Square Dinnerware Set, White

I had originally purchased this set via Gilt, and was so pleased with the way they held up over the course of a year that I decided to purchase another set to have a total of 16 place settings. The pricing is far superior on Amazon, but this is what I love about the plates themselves: 1. They do not carry a makers mark or any logo whatsoever. 2. They are resistant to scratches and chips. Throughout the course of a year, none of my 45 pieces has chipped once. There has also been no scratching on the plates from errant knife strokes, etc. 3. Being plain white plates, they are appropriate in every situation, and have an air of elegance every time I use them. 4. The cream pitcher and sugar pot are perfect for hosting tea! I like to have my girlfriends over for a chat and always set it out on the large serving platter, with my own vintage white teapot the cream, and sugar, and of course the cups on their saucers. In short, if you are looking for a durable set of plates, this is your set. We put our plates through the ringer every day, and we have never been happier!

We are very impressed. It is a complete set that has everything we need. It's not super fancy but it's elegant and we have gotten many comments. I've read other reviews were people are not happy with the quality. It's not bad at all and remember that it's not a $300 set. For the price you can't beat it. We like the fact that you can place the pieces in the oven and microwave. The bowls are a great size (large) and I like the salad plates (great size for sandwiches and snacks). The plates are heavy and have some minor imperfections here and there (nothing major). I think it gives it character. Overall we give it a 5 star.

Would give this one 5 stars except for delivery problems. But the set is charming and my granddaughter loves it for moving to her apartment later this month. It was a birthday present ordered on a Tuesday to arrive before the weekend party with one day shipping. Lack of tracking until shipment had passed delivery on weekend was frustrating and the box arrived with what sounded like all broken up at my daughter's home 6 days after ordering. My daughter and son-in-law quickly opened the top of the carton and removed the two top boxes, found them broken, and quickly taped the box and gave it back to the Fedex driver to return to seller, refusing the delivery. Driver said they are accustomed to all fragile shipments being marked Fragile and are trained to handle that way but without Fragile on the carton, the rather heavy shipment is handled all along the line as not breakable. Fedex also had a problem with an plane and did not get the product into our metro area until weekend, which they do not otherwise work. Then, it took 2 more days to get the delivery from one of their locations to the next and then on a truck for delivery. Also a mixup between seller and Fedex as to whether they were ever paid for one day delivery as Fedex said 2 day. When Amazon and I contacted Seller, he said he would send another carton out but could not get Fragile marked on it as shipped directly from the manufacturer. Also that other buyers had no breakage problems. He shipped the set and it arrived intact, so we were all happy to get it at last. Very nice set. Found later in the reviews it is also sold for less at Walmart.

This set is heavy and sturdy. It's also very good looking and won't go out of fashion (unless those awful colored plates come back into vogue). After ordering it off of Amazon, setting it up in my house, and then packing it and moving to a new house, there is only one small chip on one item. I plan on ordering this set again and doubling up each set. the biggest downside is that you only get six of each plate/bowl! I particularly love the lidded casserole, which I used to cook and store my Thanksgiving mac and cheese long enough to bring to work. It kept warm all day and people loved it.

The quality is okay for the price. A couple of pieces do have imperfections but you can’t beat the price. I love the serving platter and serving bowl. The cups are just a tad bigger than expresso size. The milk and sugar bowl are adorable! Those are good size.

I wanted a simple dinnerware set that had a serving platter, maybe a veggie bowl or two and maybe, just maybe, a teapot or at least creamer and sugar bowl. I was well pleased with what 10 Strawberry Street Simply Round 45 piece set had to offer and I looked at a couple other sites before I decided to go through Amazon. The price was good and the set simple enough I have been able to buy similar pieces that will match locally. I was excited when my box arrived and impressed by the packing job. Then I started unpacking. Through no fault of 10 Strawberry Street, and probably not through any fault of Amazon, the inner box that contained the serving platter and 2 dinner plates made the saddest broken glass sound as we removed it from the box. Clearly the bottom of the box had been set down HARD on the edge of my porch and those 3 pieces took the brunt of the blow. The rest of the contents were perfectly fine and came of of the dishwasher no worse for wear. I sent an email to 10 Strawberry Street, as the packing slip suggested. No answer. I checked here on Amazon, and am directed back to 10 SS. I'm hoping for an answer from my email, but I'm starting to feel less hopeful. IF I hear anything, I will update my review. UPDATE 4 emails, with pictures later, and I’ve not had anything other than an email telling me I contacted the wrong area and an automated one saying my email was received. I think it’s safe to say now is not a good time to purchase from 10 Strawberry Street.

I’ve had these dishes for a long time. I love them. Yea, some of them have tiny blemishes or maybe they aren’t all exactly flawless but I feel that’s part of their charm!! I’ve banged these accidentally on the edge of the quartz countertop so many times and there’s not even a single chip. I bought this set as a Christmas gift for a friend who asked what brand my dishes were so these were not for me but I have the same set and know they are great!!

My fiance and I wanted new dishes, but he said they had to be white! I on the other hand wanted color....so, we got these and got fun accent dishes with a fun design. But these were packaged amazingly! I recommend for anyone 🙂

Idéale pour grande famille

Some pieces arrived broken. Not sure how to replace the damaged items without sending the entire set back. I really like the set just wish it had arrived fully intact.

These have to the worst plates ever!!! All of them warped, wobbly and spin around like a lazy susan. The bottoms of the plates are super rough too. I am not impressed whatsoever. I want my money back!!! or something not so defective.
