very good looking excellent-bike. Excellent customer service definitely recommend this product
Excellent bike for the price the only problem I have with it is the battery it does not last long maybe 10 to 13 miles on a full charge with the pedal assist. I have contacted customer support so far they’ve been very good in responding and they have promised me a new battery that they might ship on Friday so I will update when the battery comes in. Also the seat is really not that comfy so that is something they should maybe Upgrade or work onUpdatesThe company have resolved my issue with the battery and they were really kind even though I have given them a hard time they were very patient and professional so yes I would recommend this company and a bike to anyone that’s trying to enjoy riding a bike or even working on the bike.
