Looks great with all of our Halloween decorations. It's bright, blood red. Has other colors but we prefer the red.

I bought two lights. 9ne from Amazon and one from home depot. The Amazon one, this one, worked really good. The set up was super easy, you have everything you need. I used it to light up my ghosts for Halloween. It has only been a few days, so let's see how it is later.

Haha, didn't realize how large this light was, it covers our entire house at night (sorry neighbors)! The color changing is nice and I love the kaleidoscope effect! Happy with the light!

As far as i can tell..My experiment was thrown off by the fact that settingThe timer, changes the colour of a nearby floodlight😯🙄😂..Anyway..heres the nutshell..If it never loses power and is just off, itRemembers its setting, so you can just turn it on w theRemote, and from a fair distance...If i leave it on my timer, i hafta resetThe setting, but honestly it takes like 5 seconds to setSo no biggie.....and truthfully all the settings actually look pretty goodIn my haunt🎃speeds are good,nice colours to choose from.. priceIs fair... the battery takes two AAA batteriesso I kind of dig that more than the coin battery remotes cuzthey're a pain... Cords are long and 2 prong.. We use just the red for Halloween and we love it! Super bright color, nice length cord.

This wave light has no memory feature to allow you to set it to a specific color, to turn it off and on again and keep said color. It reverts back to the default setting of rotating through all the color options, making you have to reprogram it every time you turn it back on! Our Halloween display has far too many lights and effects for me to have to go find the remote and reset the color each time the light has been cycled off and on. This would have been very helpful for me to know before I bought this, and so, dear reader, I'm saving you the trouble of having to return it and find something that will stay lit the same way you programmed it before shutting it off. Luckily, I have Prime, so I can return without much hassle. Overall, the speed and motion of the "wave effect" looks instead more like a spinning effect, even at the slowest speed. Color options are okay, but again, not very fun to have to cycle through to the last one if that's the one you need/prefer for your setup. Stand is rather flimsy as well, the light housing is heavier than the stand, so it really wasn't balanced to stay put. Hope this is helpful to any future potential buyers, and at least now you know what you're getting.

Good colors, pretty bright especially for the price. I used it for textured up-wash on our 12’ skeleton and it was really fun playing with all the colors against a down wash of a different light. I wish it recalled the previous color setting when on a timer. Once it powers in/off it switches back to the default so I’d have to change it daily for our Halloween display but then the remote would confuse the other lights on remotes and it was a hot mess trying to keep the various lights responding to various remotes without messing with each other. Oh well, no big deal just a PITA. Not even the slightest bit water resistant. The whole interior was soaked when we had a very light rain and it was partially covered. I pulled everything apart and dried it and reassembled. Hopefully it works next year after the inner components were sitting in water for days before I noticed. There is an o-ring but it didn’t do the job. If you must have water resistance or proof keep looking (or modify with silicon) but solid buy for dry areas.
