Definite relief for arthritic knees!!
Instaflex advance is a plus for arthritic knees. I stopped using for a short while, noticed an unpleasant difference and resumed using Instaflex advanceโ much better movement and less discomfort.

I believe this is a great product but to be fair I would recommend Instaflezlx complete. I give it 10 stars! I have taken pictures as it heals. Its been 6 weeks! At 12 weeks it states I should be at peak. I feel it and seeing it! My rings are fitting.

This is the Real Deal!
I am in the medical profession & very particular about pills, etc. This product is amazing. Itโs expensive but honestly I noticed a change on day one of cured neck stiffness and much less knee aches (2 total knee replacements). My goal is to stop or at least reduce Tylenol and this is absolutely working. No stomach issues at all and does not interact with my collagen supplement. Try it! Itโs a large pill so pay attention, take with lots of water- room temperature water helps if youโre sensitive to pill taking.

I am on my third bottle. I was taking the regular one probably 6 plus times. Since I got good results wasn't sure about change. It turns out that it's superior. You take one pill not three. I also wore compression tights only when I worked for support since I am on my feet 7 hours or more depending on my security shift at convention center. I walk on days off. Stretching is important with legs up the wall for 20 minutes. I know this is about products but you have to do the other stuff as well. It works and I will keep it in my supplements daily.
