I love this product and started buying it at Sally’s before lock down. Glad I could find it on here. I leave it in for an hour- two hours. It leaves my hair very soft and gets the grey hairs. The first time I did it, it didn’t cover my highlights but the second time around they didn’t show. The reason I gave it 4 stars is cause I have REALLY thick hair and have to use two boxes and ALL packets to get full coverage.

I love it
I love this product and keep using it instead of chemically hair dye. You should consider some points when you want tp use this for the first time.1. Add a little of lemon, coconut oil and coffee in it.2 leave it for few hours before using it3. Don’t leave it on your hair so long it will cause dryness4, i have very long and tick hair so i use 4 brown with 2 burgundy ones the result is so good on dark brown hari5. For the messy wash I recommend to sit under shower to avoid splashing all around

100% natural?
I initially bought this product for my mother in law and it worked great! It gives great gray hair coverage and leaves the hair looking healthy and very soft! I gave it a 3 star rating because I ordered it for myself and had a TERRIBLE reaction. It makes me question the 100% natural claim. My skin around my neck, head, and ears was burnt to the point that after 3 days it turned into bubbles. It's a shame because it was actually great for my hair but it burnt everything around it!

It is easy to use. I will buy again. The dark brown is kind of black. I guess the result depends on your hair color. The smell is not bad . Doesn’t hurt my eyes and I don’t feel itchy. There are 5 small packs in a box. After few weeks you can just use one pack to color the root.
