These inserts are true to size. They are excellent in two ways. 1. They enhance the stability of the rear foot significantly. I suppose that after heating them that you must stand in proper alignment and 2. They are comfortable in walking, pickleball and badminton.

After the 10 minutes it takes to shape, heat and mold the in steps, I found them, comfortable and reliable with only two caveats:1. Once they are cut down and molded in a particular shoe they may not fit comfortably in a different pair.2. If you have high arches or are trying to build up higher arches, the mold as is may not be enough. I wish the company provided a small insert to set the arch height if the default height is too low.

These work great as they fit in many shoes. Podiatrist recommended this brand. Great value vs orthotics. My legs are bowed and the inserts help my feet, knees and hips. I should have had these 25 years ago!

These inserts are better than the flimsy, cheap inserts that they put in most shoes, but they don't hold a candle to my custom molded orthotics. I was looking for a much cheaper alternative to orthotics that cost 100s of dollars, since my insurance no longer pays 80% of the cost. These have a pretty generous arch, but the plastic is not very rigid, so it does not provide the support that I need. Even if it molds to your foot, it will not provide the necessary support without adequate rigidity. My feet are sore after wearing these, so I'll have to keep looking for an alternative. They may well be adequate for people who don't need quite as much support (and have the plantar fascia issues) as I do. They seem to be reasonably well constructed, and have decent cushion.

These insoles are just amazing. I was scared at first because the heating process but it was super simple. Took a couple hours of wearing to break in. My feet have never felt better. If you have flat feet, BUY THESE!

Could not trim the stiff material. This insert is way too wide to fit into my shoes and I am unable to trim to fit my shoes. (I don't have the proper scissors for such a project.) So I am stuck with this product because it is now too late to return. If the manufacturer has any suggestions for how to trim their product I would greatly appreciate it. Added note: the manufacturer has replied and informed that: "You can only trim them at the end of the "toe box" area where they are flexible... you can not cut or trim on the sides or back.. If they are too wide in that area then return them if you are within the policy. Too bad they didn't tell this buyer before she bought the product.

I have super flat feet and these insoles have been my go-to for years. I love that they are heat moldable. You can also easily remove them from one pair of shoes to another (although they are thick, so they don't work in every type of shoe - for example, they work well in athletic shoes but not dress shoes). They are very easy to mold too - takes just a couple of minutes and then you don't have to worry about it again. They do tend to soak up odor so I replace mine when I get a new pair of shoes.

Very good insoles but somewhat smaller than the stated size, not a huge issue but that's why I'm giving only 4 stars.

Buen producto pero no se amoldo a mis pies. Es de forma muy estrecha. Se ve de buena calidad pero es para pies muy delgados.
