The thermal function to set at any desired temperature is really good. But the product build quality should have been better. Week metal and week body.

Not worth the buy
Not worth the buy. The product is just an hype and not feasible.. the auto power cut does not work, if works only on high..the low and medium heat option does not work

The material is thin . But it’s good to use as it is open so better for cleaning.

Borosil steamer.
Item is very useful. It is very good for 1 person heating food & side dishes. It may be small for a family of 4. Steams items well. Have to be careful as hot steam evolves while removing the hot food. Better to use tongs while removing hot food from the steamer.

Unimpressed!!
Product packaging is very poor,it looks like the package is opened and put back all items.The plastic quality is cheap and build quality is poor ,not as expected from Borosil.It looks like the main base or the pot is used or repaired.Printing of names is old.Stains on the steel body and scratches inside the pot.Steamer is good but the glossy finish mismatch with the main pot.Paid almost double the price compared to similar other products still not impressed.In the pictures here I see the Borosil logo on the heater pot,but the item i received don't haveAlso during working,the lids are not properly tightened and leakingIt's surely a refurbished or repaired productI'm disappointed BOROSIL
