Although there is no list of ingredients. A lead warning is usually listed because it is a carcinogen. Many state require the warning. I returned mat that had that warning.

Will this fit the Tesla Model 3?

UNFORTUNATELY, unless it shows in big and bold Made in USA or some other western countries, I safely assume it to be made in China. You get what you pay for is the mantra.
