Me and my wife messed with the watch for hours and cant get it to do what we want . The camera is horrible toy grade quality, you can only track your steps if you turn a feature on and it is timed for like a workout. the texts suck ! The do not notify you when you get a text . And when you try to look at your text they are in alphabetical order . So WIFE text would be at the end and you would have to scroll way to the end to read it and why would you do that if you didnt even know if you get a text. Then speaker phone has a bad delay . When you speak you do not hear the first half a word because it is delayed. These are issues we noticed jist messing with it for a short time. I do not see how this watch has such great reviews. I think the seller sold another watch and then changed the listing once it got a lot of 5 star feedback .

This watch is awful. I bought 1, received it within a couple days. I fully charged, downloaded the app it was dead within 5 hours. I decided to buy a different watch, I searched until I found a watch that had everything I wanted, bought 2, one for my husband and one for myself. Once I received them I noticed right out of the box it was exactly the same watch as the first one I bought. So, I didn't open one and fully charged the other to see if maybe the first watch I had bought was just defective. Nope, it was a piece of crap too. Now I have 3 of these worthless watches, one of which has never been opened. Oh well, can't expect much for the price. I wouldn't have gave one star but it made me have to choose something.

This watch is larger than expected. It has to be connected with a sims card (which has to linked to your credit card) and Sd card for most functions. The screen display looks NOTHING like the picture. It looks like something a child would use.It has prompted me to install several apps just to use some of the features.. that still do not work right. Very Unsatisfied!

This "Smartwatch" was the dumbest watch I have used. It is thick and does not sync well, nor can people hear you unless you yell with your watch to your face. It only has 6 hours of battery for me and didn't work at all with any apps. I would rate this as my worst buy of 2020. After reading these comments of people, I realized it was a BS product. Look at the one stars and don't waste your money!

It only had one app did you get work with that connects to the phone however it didn't work properly. I tried to find another app that might work with it but there was no other app so I'm sending it back

Was not at all what was expected. Connecting to phone was a chore and a half(if I even was able to). The screen was dimly lit at best, and the the touch screen was shoddy. Wasn't able to change the time from military to standard.

Did not perform well to touch, nor did functions work with QR code from phone, downloaded app watch insisted I needed onto cell phone but no step, sedentary, nor sleep tracking worked at all on watch. Returning tomorrow.I gave 2 stars just for the sellers quick ship and delivery of this product.

This product was disappointing to say the least. Unless you buy a memory card and sim card it is just a watch. There were no instructions on how to pair the device or use any of the applications. It is great that it came with an extra battery so you can have a back up but the only way to charge the extra battery was to install it and place it on the charger. I regret buying this item and it will now be just another ordinary battery in my jewelry box.
