This set is awesome. I am in my early forties with a physical job that I’ve been doing consistently for almost thirty years. Even though I am fit, I am a bit injury prone, and have a few chronic issues from previous injuries. I fractured my ankle last year but I already had an ungodly amount ice packs, so I held off on ordering this until a few months after my injury. I used my husband’s crew sock and a much larger gel pack also from Amazon to DIY a solution. It worked, but I wish I hadn’t waited to buy this, although at this point it’s whatever. I like these little guys because you can also tuck them in-between snug fitting clothing with the fabric side on the skin. I currently have one on my shoulder under a tank top strap, and the actual wrap with two packs on each side of my ankle. I have the set of 6, and it’s great because you can always have a backup at the ready. And the storage bag is nice to keep everything contained. When I’m done, I put the wrap and everything right back in the bag so it’s ready for next time.

This was a lifesaver during my rhinoplasty recovery. The headband was unexpectedly the star of the show - I put one pack on each eye in the headband and wrapped it around my head, then slept upright. Kept the rest in the fridge and iced 5 times a day. This brought the bruising down drastically as well as numbed a bit of the nasal pain too.

I bought these small ice packs before I got my wisdom teeth out. I didn't end up using them for that. I am happy to have them for sore muscles and bad headaches.

Nice for small areas and a quick chill. Good to have backup because being so small, they don't hold the cold very long. A nice touch for reducing pain and inflammation.

Doubling up ice packs inside the pocket of the compression wrap (included) nicely chilled my sore toes. While 2 "blue pucks" (about as big around as a hockey puck) were on my toes, 4 were in the freezer awaiting their turn, resting in the plastic zip storage bag (also included). My toe was heavily bandaged, so it didn't feel that cold, but it certainly chilled the bare skin when I tested it on my thigh. Cold lasted about 20 minutes... "just what the doctor ordered." Wait 20 min. Replace with a "couple of cold ones." Repeat. Long chill for short money. Not sure how long they will last, but I'm hopefull they will endure the first week of my post-op recovery.

Freeze fast and are perfect for small injuries or children! Even if the injury isn’t a bad one- these work magic on my little ones and make it all better. I love the size because they are perfect for headaches when I don’t want a huge ice pack on my head.
