This outdoor heated cathouse was easy and simple to assemble and the denier fabric was sturdy. The sides velcro together easily and quickly. I have ordered this cat house twice happily. I was missing a door on the first one and the company very quickly and apologetically sent me 2 missing doors overnight bc it was in the teens midwinter. I chose the cottage facade and it’s very appealing and at 10 degrees when you put your hand on the bite proof heating pad it’s very warm. My outdoor cats refused to come inside and this house assured me that they would not freeze. It’s big enough to hold 2 small cats or one very large cat. It can get wet but the doors are plastic flaps so I would keep this under some kind of cover. It is raised off the ground a little with 4 risers. The heating pad does not get so hot that it burns the cats. You only feel warmth if you press your hand on the fluffy comfortable bedding supplied with the kit. The heating pad has an anti bite cord to prevent accidental electrocution. I’ll add pics when the app allows me

A feral cat adopted us in the spring after we coaxed him with some wet cat food. It's taken him a long time to trust us, but we're getting there. The thought of him spending a cold Wisconsin winter outdoors weighed heavily on us, so we looked for a heated outdoor shelter. It's taken him a couple of weeks to start using this new home, but the past couple of mornings we've found him sleeping in it while awaiting breakfast. It warms more than just the little kitty as it also warms our hearts to see him sleeping in his new shelter.I am building a bigger structure to go over the house to keep the snow off and provide a dry place to feed him. I don't like the fact that the control is not weatherproof. The instructions say not to get it wet. At the moment, the control is stuffed under the kitty house. Also, with the heat above 2 the bed feels too hot. But we'll see what happens when the temps really plunge.The house was easy to assemble and seems more than sturdy enough. It also seems waterproof. It rained yesterday, and the inside is dry. We purchased a heated water/food dish combo yesterday. We feel much better about this kitty's chances of surviving the winter thanks to this product! Bless all of you who care for these homeless furry critters, and bless companies like this one that build things to help those of us who care.

We got this for our outdoor feral cat that we feed. For us, it would be nicer if the cord was longer. We did have to use an extension cord. The assembly is super easy. The padding on the inside is actually really soft. And so far, it is held temp. I do wish it was a little warmer but our porch cat seems happy. I do think the construction of it is flimsy and I don’t know how long it will actually last. But we’ve had no problems so far this winter. I do like that you can set a timer on it so in case I forget to turn it off in the morning.

Took about 5 minutes to put together. I’ve been feeding a feral cat that I’m hoping will use it. My kitchen is cantilevered so I put it under there. I love that it’s elevated and that there is a heating pad. I put a towel over the pad although the cover is washable. A back egress door was very important as you did not want an animal trapped in it. It comes with a timer but it is NOT for outdoor use. It’s all that I wanted. At $79, it isn’t cheap but I’m happy with my purchase.

Easy to assemble, no tools needed. Slight additions added to "tweak " such as fabric tape to fully close any openings to prevent cold air seepage and towel on floor for greater comfort. Overall timer/plug very well made and floor off the ground with feet at base cornersx4 allows for additional items like hay,straw or even car reflective shade to be added beneath house for warmth. Looks high end since I placed outside the parking lot of my job for 3 stray cats. The decor fits in nicely. The added door allows cat to enter and exit thru back door should an escape be needed. Removable roof allows easy cleanup when needed and cats were gracious enough to spray the outside -so I think they like it! Nice purchase and I am grateful for it.

This looked like it had been used and sent back. There were long human hairs stuck in the velcro, and the binding around the roof was fraying out in couple of places. I'm going to order another one and see if I have better luck.

This house really worked out for the entire winter for my outside cats. It was 3 of them. Because another cat came at the end of the winter into the house my outside cats wouldn't go inside anymore. So now I may need to buy a new fresh one. Can I get a discount?

The house was as pictured. It has a nice heating pad that works well and is easily assembled. The time for the heating pad is a little tedious. The house is not overly sturdy if outside in an open area, but if is great for a secluded area out of direct weather.

the way the house goes together is cheap, it wouldn't hold if there was good winds.

Bought for a stray that lives in the neighbourhood. Seems sturdy. Heating pad works but not using pad until winter months.
