RIch flavor, true matcha taste and texture
Favorite brand of matcha. True organic and ceremonial grade. Great flavor and texture. A little goes a long way.

Great Matcha Powder, High Quality, Amazing Price!
Bought this matcha for the first time, I was skeptical but once I tried it I was conviced that it was a great purchase! The matcha powder is high quality, stored very well to prevent oxidation, and the taste is fantastic! This tin lasted me 3 months (and I drink matcha almost everyday). I highly highly recommend, this is going to be a repurchase for sure!

The best Matcha
I have tried several types of Matcha and I can tell you that this one is the best tasting, vibrant color. High quality organic matcha. Delicious and smooth.

Emerald is good, for the price
I'm glad this (Emerald) isn't my first matcha. If you have never had matcha before, you should try a finer one (and, frankly, a smaller quantity) to make a better assessment of whether you really like this genre of tea. It's pretty good if you're like me and like to drink 2-3 cups a day with a dash of milk and a pinch of sugar, but if you drink it straight it'll be noticeably less delicate and sweet and more grassy than other matchas. If you like it straight, you should look to Midori Spring's Gold Class instead or something similar. I like this one less than Teavana, Aiya and Midori Spring Gold Class.... but none of them come close on price per gram. I'll finish this tin just fine but probably will go for a slightly higher grade for daily drinking again after. Gold Class is so delicate in flavor that I blew through the jar faster than any other one, so I downgraded here to Emerald, but I think that the ideal for me is somewhere between the two... maybe I will buy more Gold Class for the weekends when I can really take my time with a cup. Edit: After a few more days with this matcha I'm going to upgrade it from 4 to 5 stars because the price is so good and with a touch of sugar and milk (i really do mean like 1/4 tsp sugar and an ounce of milk), this really does make a very satisfying and more economical morning drink for someone who drinks A Lot of matcha this way. However it has a noticeably larger particle size and I get more residue at the bottom of a cup than other brands, so I have to sort of swirl it a lot while I drink it to get the full flavor. I'm not bothered by the slightly powdery texture, but others might be.

Flavor and Price
This matcha is really good for beginners!! you get 100 grams which is really good for its price! Only thing is it isn’t as green as i’d like but the color is still good! the flavor to me is a bit bitter with a slight umami. the flavor isn’t so strong and gets overpowered easily with the milk. I personally prefer a more nutty flavor, balanced with bitterness and umami or sweetness to it because it goes good with matcha lattes!! but overall it is a good matcha for 100grams and the price, which can last you for almost two months.

DELICIOUS A.F.!!!
It's like crack! Can't. Stop. Drinking . . . After reading and comparing all of the different Organic Ceremonial-Grade Matchas, I chose this one as it was a better value and hoped it wasn't a mistake. I WAS RIGHT!!! It's so delicious and smooth and perfect. I've had other Matcha that was not palatable and some that were good, but this one is SO FREAKING GOOD! So, I'm a little OCD and couldn't choke down the idea of not being able to properly wash and sanitize a chasen (bamboo whisk) and then having to store it properly in order to prevent mold and mildew and warping/unfurling of the tines. This was waaaaaaaaaay too complicated for me. This is how I do mine and it whips up a nice frothy cup every time: ITEMS NEEDED: Matcha Boiling water Room temp water Coffee mug Large stainless balloon whisk that fits in mug Small mesh strainer/sifter Measuring Spoon PROCEDURE: 1. Boil water 2. Fill 1/2 of mug capacity with boiling water 3. Fill 1/4 of mug capacity with room temp water 4. Leave remaining 1/4 of mug capacity empty 5. Scoop out some Matcha with measuring spoon and sift over hot water (keep spoon and mesh strainer dry) 6. Put balloon whisk in mug and clasp handle with both flat palms. Then rub back and forth like you're trying to start a fire with a stick. About 5-10 seconds later you'll have produced a nice, thick, creamy foam which signals you are finished!!! 7. Do not wash the the spoon and strainer, simply store it in a designated spot that will keep it clean. REASONS: The whole water combo thing (1 part room temp, 2 parts boiling) makes an ideal temp for the tea cuz who the f**k has time to temp water each time they want a cup of tea??? Keeping the mesh strainer and a designated measuring spoon in a designated safe spot saves from having to wash them. I have Match twice daily and don't trust that the spoon and strainer would be dry in time for the next serving. Using a stainless balloon whisk is a lot less maintenance than a 100-tine bamboo chasen. All of these things are likely already on-hand in your kitchen. No need to blow $75 on a bowl, chasen, chasen stand, or whatever else I saw out there (unless you're actually gonna take thetime to actually do some sort of ceremony). Me? Not so much. I'm just a regular ol' chick that likes tasty-a** tea.

Smooth, vibrant, and a daily ritual now!
I’ve tried a few matcha powders, and this one really stands out. The color is a beautiful, bright green (a good sign it’s high quality), and the taste is smooth and fresh without any bitterness.doesn't have a weird smell and comes in a airtight seal with helps with Temperature this is also easy to use and open close etc. I use it for lattes every morning and it froths up perfectly with oat milk. Gives me a nice, calm energy boost without the jitters of coffee. Highly recommend if you’re trying to upgrade your matcha game!

Health benefits and flavor are great, much easier to ger used to than i expected
Update See below original post. Ive since purchased this 3 more times. Abdolutely love it!!! Highly recommend. Oh and if its your first purchase the texture is similar to talcom powder. Be VERY careful First time opening. Hold bag from top and tap so all powder is on bottom. Let itnsot settle. With scissors cut gently straight across First purchasewas refolding silver bag but imside tin- it isnt necessary so i leave open IN TIN and use this way -with less loss of the emerald tea. Enjoy Wrote and never posyed montjs agoIm new to Marcha and Ceremonial Tea. I did a few hours of research before deciding to try this brand- Midori Spring as well as Matcha Wellness. Both had great ratings. After trying them both side by side-same prep As a strong shot, if you will...170degree. Authenitc, no sugar added. I clearly like the Midori Spring the best of the two. I will use the other, maybe in cooking but fpr the authentic flavor, and also using formhot/iced lattes made with Warm milk and honey, with powder whisked in, i willstick with this brand for now. I love it! Also purchased the Bamboowix i think its called it has three pieces... a whisk for whisking the powder (which is extremely fine-talc texture.) the spoon is to scoop the powder to add to bowl and hor water before whisking, and then the whisk mixes it. This is a suspension tea and it will settle quite quickly. I was amazed at the speed. Also between two brands as mentioned and made side by side identically- the Midori Spring has a more full bodied flavor, definitely a better froth/foam and it is a brighter green which all point toward higher quality from what i have read so far. I purchased a great book and cannot wait to read it cover to cover- Matcha by jessica flint and anna k. And the recommended 2A A battery required frothier i also like. Foe lattes i ise the forther, for the 4oz straigjt tea i use a bowl and whisk. Photo attacked not great but shows the foam in one verses non and dark green color of other. Midori Soring bottoms is on right- beyter wuality from my newbie- non ezpert opinion

It lifts my matcha standard! 🤤
THE BEST MATCHA in Amazon! I've tried the other matcha brands, but nothing beats this one ✨ It becomes my most-repurchase product in amazon so far. The taste, colour, and scent are highly satisfied. I now quitted the coffee and replace it with this matcha and surprisingly it keeps me awake as same as coffee. If you're a big fan of great quality matcha, this is a go for you. ☺️

Lovely ceremonial matcha
This is a very high quality true ceremonial matcha tea. It has a beautiful color and aroma, and dissolves well (doesn’t clump like some other brands). It’s very alkalizing, has tons of minerals, gives energy and clarity and tastes good (fresh, soft flavor). It’s a bit expensive, but for the quality and price, I think it’s the best matcha option available in India- I’ve tried many of them! Import taxes are just high here.
