I was having some noise in the rear differential. Drained all the gear oil and added the 85w-140. So far, no noise

Good oil but almost %300 higher in cost in such a short time. What’s the explanation for that?

I've used this in some Chevy vehicles, a 2000s blazer and a Tahoe in the rear differential. This was easy enough to use without having to use an extra extension spout. I like that it comes with a cap to save more for later. In my particular situation, the fluid had dripped out from a drain plug on the diff housing that was not sealed fully. This caused an audible "roar" in the rear end. So what I did is I put the required amount of this fluid in the differential and also added LiquiMoly MOS2 friction reducer. I am happy to say that the sound has quietened up a bit and it feels smoother. It also makes the vehicle feel less "draggy" like when taking your foot off the gas pedal, the vehicle slows itself down more than usual- this seemed to fix that issue as well. So before you get into wheel bearings and all this other stuff, simply try to top-off your differential fluid with this and see how it does first before going "down the rabbit hole".

I like Valvoline as i's a recognized worldwide brand that has proved itself over the years. The pointy spout was well thought of and makes it easier to pour into the differential instead of using a pump. Of course the fact that it was cheaper on Amazon than in stores on top of that was a win. Wil buy more for my second truck. PS Amazon says it does not "fit for a 2002 Bravada". This is the correct oil (75W90) for both the front and back differential according to the owner's manual. DO NOT use this for the transfer case or anything else.
