The price is not very high, and there is a $10 coupon, I feel it is really an affordable, practical and easy to use product. The seller is very thoughtful to give away some different sizes of vacuum bags, the quality is also very good! Indeed, with the help of this machine and bags, all meat and dry goods can be sucked out of the air, which will not only take up less space in the refrigerator, but also last longer. The media could not be loaded.  It's not the fastest vacuum sealer, not the slowest either. For the price it works well. I was able to try dry and wet function with water bottle and ice cube. It vacuum and sealed efficiently without any problem. It has mania function plus auto both worked.Only problem I had was the tube that you can attach to vacuum those container. It felt weak. Also the base was a little light, when I raise the top all the way base is so light it will tip over. So they need a better balance there allowing the base to hold upright when lid is all the way up.

I read and read and read the reviews... I guess I got one of the lemons... I wanted something to seal sous vide bags. First time I used it, I had to mess around with it while the suction function was going. Finally, it seemed to "catch" and worked as it is supposed to and sucked all the air out, yay! However, when it came time for the seal option, it completely melted the bag and made a huge mess, I burned myself on the melted plastic. I tried it again and noticed that one side seemed to click closed and the other didn't. Put all of my weight down on the side that wasn't clicking and it finally clicked and sucked the air out as it is supposed to without fidgeting with it. However, same issue with the sealing part, melted the plastic and made a mess. At least I didn't burn myself this time. Completely useless to have a vaccum sealer that vaccums, but melts instead of seals. Unfortunately I received as a Christmas gift and waited to try it out, can't return it, otherwise, I certainly would. Going into the trash, useless waste of my precious kitchen space. :(

Please don't get me wrong on my review. The sealer is small, if you vacuum pac once a year, it will be fine. Was not that easy to use because the vacuum pump is slow, or very small. Thus this creates a very lengthy time of vacuum sealing the food. I needed it in an emergency and the size is great for my RV. Wish I would have spent more money to get a better larger machine.

This is a cheap made in China piece if crap. It either doesnt seal or it burns a hole through the bags. The vacuum is a joke. It just goes on and on but never vacuums the air out. Its in the trash and I will pay the money for a real one.

The photo shows an attractive appliance. However, it is very flimsy and primarily made of plastic. The instruction manual was not reviewed by a knowledgeable writer so there were spelling and grammatical errors and one non-English word. The unit was to be left open at all times which would take excess counter space. And you were advised to wait 30 seconds or more between uses of the sealer. I would not recommend this product for multiple reasons. I never used the unit so can speak to its effectiveness.

Believe it or not, I deliberately froze various things to see how they would fare after time. Everything so far has been absolutely GREAT taste - NO FREEZER BURN. Doesn't matter if it's a week old when you open it or more. Raw, blanched, fully cooked it's all great. Meats, veggies, even baked goods come out GREAT. Has taken a little trial and error to determine best method for keeping the foods shape. Mushy foods, soft foods, really wet foods like mashed pots, cupcakes, cooked green beans, etc. need to be frozen first then vacuum seal it up, but cooked ribs or a hunk of roast beef you can vacuum seal as soon as it's cooled after cooked.

This item was great out of the box, but slowly started to malfunction. It currently does not seal all the time and when it does it does not last. the auto function does not work at all anymore. I would not purchase this again.
