Replaced wheel in 5 year old M705. IT LIVES!
Great mouse wheel. Replacement was easy and it worked as expected. Replacing this fixed my scrolling issue in a mouse that's 5+ years old. I put this into my M705 which I love and has been used daily. I've purchased more of the M705 mice because of this first one I just repaired. Its nice knowing that these mice will last many years to come.

it works fine. The unit itself was easy to install
This was actually a bit different than the wheel from my G700. The outside of the wheel is a different color, and the "freewheel / ratchet" lever didn't work with my mouse. (It was a slightly different design)I had to remove the one from the old mechanism and install it on this replacement. After that, it works fine. The unit itself was easy to install. Be advised this was not an "exact" replacement for a G700 as it is advertised. It requires finagling.

Logitech G502 Proteus Core
I'm using this wheel as a mod for my Logitech G502 Proteus Core. I have to remove the top button piece, but otherwise it fits perfectly in the mouse, and functions the same as it would with the button on.
