I’ve been really happy with this waist trainer. The material is comfortable but still provides solid compression, and the Velcro is strong and stays in place even during workouts. I definitely notice increased sweating around my midsection, especially when exercising. It also offers good lower back and posture support, which is a big plus for me. Easy to adjust and fits well under workout clothes. Great value for the price — would recommend!

The belt works. It has improved my posture. I workout 5 times a week. I washed it with soap and water by hand. My only concern is the velcro wore out. I purchased in May of 2025. I just purchased two because it was on sale. I do love this belt. Let’s see how long these belts last. I will probably use hand wipes to keep it clean.

This was an OK product. I wasn’t very impressed. Not too sure what the outcome was supposed to be. I wasn’t sweating as much in the zipper quality wasn’t great really hard to put on and was a very uncomfortable.

I slapped this bad boy on immediately as I got it and YESSSS. I was hesitant to get a Large because the last waist trainer from another company was terrible and it was a Medium so I measured myself as instructed on here and saw I needed a Large. So glad I got the Large. It fits so good. I can tell my posture is straight. It is shaping my body so good!

Currently 178lbs & 32inch waist at 6 months PP after gaining 100+lbs during pregnancy. Used a Large from around 200lbs until now (picture is my fit today- too loose now and loosely wearing size 8 pants without wearing waist trainer. Can easily fit in a size 6 while wearing it). I bought a large being new to waist training and think I should’ve gone with a medium to begin with. It still has helped me with back pain, lose a couple inches, and fit into smaller pants both with it on and after wearing it for a few hours here and there. I got these results while exercising only intermittently, and not reducing caloric intake while being a busy working mom of 5 kids. Size down to get snatched af. Stay true to size for slight shaping and back pain reduction and you still might lose a few inches like myself. I’ve worn this while working, exercising, and even while riding motorcycles. So it’s easy to wear and not uncomfortable to do daily tasks in easily. Very comfortable if staying true to your waist size. Size down and it will be tiiight but girl you’ll be fitting in them small jeans again!! Buy now, don’t even give it a second thought. You deserve to feel good about yourself. Throw that mom guilt about spending money on yourself out the dang window! This is only a small amount of money for improved confidence, results, and reduced back pain! This is one of the best waist trainers I have used. It fits really well and is adjustable to suit your preference. I do all HIIT, circuit, weights and cardio wearing this product and I saw results within a week of using (based on training 5-6 times a week). The size guide is accurate but I would suggest going one size bigger to give you extra comfort and not making it too tight.

I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve been wanting a good waist trainer for a while to help with shaping my waist as well as for working out. This waist trainer really helped with that as well as keeping my posture, it’s comfortable as long as you get the right size, good product for a good price!

This waist trainer is very good. It holds you well. The support wires are very strong. Paired with the heat cream, it makes you sweat. To how well it holds you it helps with your posture as well.

Hasta ahorita todo bien con la faja, hace un buen apoyo y si te hace sudar un buen en la parte del abdomen.
