great spice mixture
whether for yoghurt dishes or meat curries or tandooris, this mixture brings out flavour with a tang of dried mango, hot spices and salt. you can cook it into souces. rub poutry fish or meat with it before roasting, or sprinkle it on raw or cooked food, which is what it is really meant for. in any case it is long lasting , versatile and delicious.

An acquired taste
We didn’t like this one at all. We will have no use for it as it is an extremely acquired taste . If you have never had it before ... I wouldn’t recommend at all. Although the biriyani we tried and the tandoori bbq and those were brilliant. This one is very odd because you put it on salad and the idea is to have it cold and you would think that’s interesting... but my whole family like to try everything but next time we would def give this one a miss. Not one of us approved of its taste
