Heavy ladder but seems sturdy
Works well and sturdy. Was not pleased when the packaging was badly damaged and soaked with water. Few scratches found on the product too.

Such a handy ladder, easy to use, fits in car boot, light weight yet sturdy.

It is well built and reasonably comfortable to use
I mean, Its a ladder what can you say. It is well built and reasonably comfortable to use. Make sure you use the support bars as it definitely is not safe to use without them on. There are black springed tabs on the face of each bending joint. These were not easily noticable, maybe a different colour would make them stand out better.

Lightweight but strong/rigid
Brilliant, lightweight but rigid and a good safe feel to the whole operation. As with all of the combination ladders, its a bit tricky to get it set-up for stairs.
