In the sewers of New York City live four highly skilled teenage mutant ninja turtles that follow their master, a giant rat from Japan. By chance, they save the life of a righteous TV journalist, who becomes the only person to know about the ninja turtle hiding place. After many times of chivalry, they make an enmity with a mysterious organization in the city. The organization recruits many ignorant teenagers, teaches them kung fu, and instructs them to do bad things.
