If you mean in real time, yes. This is a lengthy topic on the how to of 'leveling out songs'... but yes, in a general sense if you have your compressor set correctly you can achieve this. Mind you, when you use a compressor for this purpose you will lose the dynamic quality of the musIc somewhat. Ie: you will 'squash' the music. The combination of your gain ratio and threshold will be the two ways to accomplish this.

Q: Can i use this unit in music mastering ?

You could use this as a stereo compressor to maximize the gain for any stereo tracks you may need to make louder. There are certainly better mastering compressors but this will get the job done.
