Annoying as heck but loved!
My son loves this toy. It never ceases to crack him into hysterics. My son has brain damage and is autistic so he can be quite rough with toys. This has really stood up to a good kicking! It lights up and makes fun noise as well as vibrating. It's a sensory delight for a kid like my son who is sensory seeking. Great fun toy even though I sometimes want to fling it out of a window!

Good game
From my boy in his own words: it’s a good game and love. Always playing with the game and is a good value. At the beginning I use to be scared of the game, but the buzzing. But finely got the hang of it and loved it all. It’s now my favourite game.

bit rubbish
Waste of money. The kids cant pull hard enough to make the hand slap down and most of the time it doesnt register anything.

Slap SLOW. It just doesn't make sense
This was so slow and therefore so pointless as a game that we honestly are left wondering what we're doing wrong. The point is to get the ninja to slap the 'attackers' hand before they hit your button. It just doesn't work, don't bother.

Funny game for the family
Had lots of fun playing this game as a family. Very simple and was also good for the adults later in the evening.

Loads of laughs! I think I bought this for the exact perfect age range! My girls are 6 and 9 years old and both goofy as all get-out!!!! It took my girls about 10 minutes to get to learn how play Slap Ninja but when they figured it out they were off to the races. they played it till the batteries ran out. Had to close two separate doors between me and them to drown out the laughter! Daddy done good on this gift!

The idea of this toy is the best part. Great idea, poor execution to summarize my kids excitement when they saw it. They were very excited until using it and their joy faded quite quickly. The concept is great, however, the trigger to slap/block is not sensitive enough and requires a large amount of grip force to pull. It doesn't correctly register when it slaps someones hand either unless you have the grip strength of a mini Chuck Norris and fully depress the button. Kids will rarely understand this concept as pulling the trigger isn't enough and will quickly make them frustrated or annoyed that it doesn't function correctly. The shocking feature also is a plastic nub that penetrates your hand repeatedly, I understand this is safer than an actual shocking feature but at the very least make it vibrate instead of a hard plastic stick poking you. To make it worse this feature sticks out the entire time you are gripping the handle which leads to a sore palm. The only interesting thing about this toy is that it will keep your attention long enough to hurt your hand, which doesn't take too long. However, the concept of it was worth a few dollars and about 15 minutes of interest from my kids so for that I give it some value but is in comparison to a happy meal.

This game is interesting or about 5 seconds. Younger kids might find it interesting for a few minute. Concept is cute… execution is weak.
