Wonderful stand for sculpting stand
I bought this stand for sculpturing. It went together easily enough. But, pay attention to the directions, especially about which screws to join at first. I didn't and had to go back and redo this step in order to join the middle support shelf.....by the way this middle tray goes in with the edges pointing up, not as a shelf. The top has two quarter inch wide slits so a wood working platform is easily mountable. I mounted a lazy susan gear onto that platform and will use a range of different sized wood circles for The sculptues. The stand is just perfect in height and weight. It is also just right in bottom dimensions to not get top heavy, yet let me work close without constantly hitting my toes on the base supports. It is at least half the price of "art sculpture" stands and is better built than those that I have seen. If you want to build a good strong stand that is affordable...this is a great choice.

Solid little grinder stand.
Good solid stand. Design is basic but that's all you need for a grinder or vise. Check the hole dimensions - I suspect a few of you should be prepared to drill your own holes. Quality is better than I expected honestly. Steel is medium gauge (I was expect g thinner for the price) so it's pretty sturdy. Says it's rated for 100lbs and I'd guess that's about right. You wouldn't want to lean on it too hard - if it's for a vice, light/medium work only. Too much torque and I can imagine a leg giving way. But more than good enough for a grinder. Took me 40 minutes to assemble with the 24 bolts + lock washers. It's not hard, but is quite fiddly. Would go faster with two people. Hints because the directions are weak: 1 - Get sets of bolts started and held loosely with the nut. Don't torque one before setting the others at that same joint or the holes won't align. 2 - If you don't care what the finished product looks like, start bolts from the inside with all nuts and washers on outside. Will save a lot of awkward wrenching on inside angles. 3 - The middle section is a tray, not a shelf. It only installs as a tray. (I was kinda disappointed at this.)

Works well, assembly was easy
The stand arrived well-packaged and undamaged, with a nice paint finish in perfect condition. All parts were included, and assembly was straightforward. Referring back to the listing photos helps, since the printed instructions are more like simple sketches with minimal detail. Along with a wrench, using a power driver with a 10mm socket on low torque makes the process much easier. I built a wooden platform for the top to fit my Craftsman 6-inch dual-wheel grinder, which I expected, so no surprise there. The size and height work perfectly for me, and overall, the stand is a great value for what I received.

Excellent!
I bought this for my rolling machine. It's perfect. Easy assemly. Very sturdy. On the heavy side, which is what I needed. The slots on the top allow me to use it for other equipment: bench grinder, vise, pnematic punch. Very happy with this item. Wish I'd found it 10 years ago.

Be patient
In the end I have a sturdy, functional grinder stand. The road to get there was a Chinese torcher test. The pieces are not precision made and access to turn the bolts is limited by the angles and closeness of the bolt holes to the edges. Could not use a power driver at anytime. Everything had to be tightened with crescent wrench and socket. Yes, I know, that is whiney, but had i been able to use a driver and had the holes lined up, this was a 15 minute job. The "directions" are a joke. A few drawings, most of them not big enough to see the details, though in general, the process wasn't complicated, only made so by poorly aligned parts and a few missing nuts that cost me an unplanned trip to Lowes. I'm pretty handy and I still found this a chore. In the end, I had to bust out the drill and open up some of the bolt holes because they didn't align. So, like i said. It works, but it wasn't fun to put together. 12 bolts should not have taken an experienced handyman 2 hours.

Supposed with the quality for the price. I will buy again. Donโt rely on the directions.
