This worked well for my Halloween project!

Isn't his unit advertised as being appropriate for hydroponics, ponds, and Halloween decorations? Wet locations all yet the power supply for this mister (which they don't even picture) isn't even housed in a solid case; it's perforated metal, presumably for air circulation? The 110 volt power cord is connected to it with exposed screw terminals as is the short 4 foot cable connecting it to the actual misting unit that floats in the water. The unit splashes a considerable amount of water everywhere. How is this safe? I see no UL Approvals anywhere, nor do I see how it could qualify for one.

The mist unit itself works great, but the power unit/converter box is sketchy with it not being fully enclosed, there are "ventilation" holes that water could easily get into the box. Other than that, it works great in my homemade humidifier for my geckos.

The fogger does not work out of the box, like the description suggests.

The fogger doesn't work, no smoke at all. Tried to contact the seller, no response. Had to contact Amazon customer service to return it.

The media could not be loaded. I PAY Amazon an annual fee for the privilege to have ‘access’ to this crap??? Unbelievable. More cheap Chinese garbage. Where to start. First, they don’t hardly mention the GIANT non-waterproof exposed power supply. This thing gets HOT and has exposed 120V connections. Can’t be anywhere outdoors and should be enclosed in an insulating plastic (by US safety standards.) I reluctantly put this thing in my pond, produces a pathetic amount of mist for the size. 10 mins later I had floating fish. The entire pond was electrified by this thing. Thankfully, most of my fish came back around, but two are DEAD. It shocked me when I went to grab it and startled me to the point that I twisted my ankle. This is infuriating. Think I’ll get compensation or an apology??? Yea right. They’ll just produce another nightmare product for us to risk our lives with. This is definitely not a UL listed/tested electrical product. Zero standards, fake certifications….all cheap Chinese lies. I thought China was going to turn a leaf and produce quality items….yea right. Shame on you Amazon for allowing this. Hopefully it doesn’t kill a child. I return more than half of my Amazon purchases due to cheap quality. I think I’m ready for a Prime refund….
