Thank you!
This Security Key is the best security key I have ever used. It's easy to set up and use, and it provides an extra layer of protection that I never had before. I feel much more secure knowing that my data is protected with this key. Highly recommend! - James

This key works better than expected
9/10 They are very great, works as should, FIDO protocol is fully supported, I even was able to use in my internal system without no issue at all, you can have 2fa on your MAC too. They only bad part... the button is very fragile from my perspective hope it does not fall soon.

Button failure!
The key itself looks very rugged which is what initially drew me to this key and I really liked the tactile feedback click you received when pushing the button. However, the button fell out 89 days after I purchased it! Clearly, that is the weak point of this key. I've provided a picture of the key with the missing button. I will not purchase this again. My search for a truly rugged security key continues. Update (2025-02-10): as luck would have it, I found the button that fell out. I have used Super Glue to glue the button back into place. Time will tell whether the Super Glue holds better than the original adhesive that was used. If the button holds, I might consider raising my star rating. Either way, I will plan to report back.

Piece of mind and top-notch quality
This security key is top-notch quality. All aluminum outer case is tough and small easy to carry either in your pocket or on key ring. Easy to use and makes logging in to your computer to online accounts seamless. Gives a piece of mind from a security stand point and the pain of remembering passwords or using a password app. Great product definitely suggest getting one or however many. Heck give them as gifts to people you care about as gifts!!!

Unreliable key
I ordered two of these to test out (because the two Identiv keys I ordered *both* failed to work). Use one for testing. It worked great! Tried to test with the second key. It works when it feels like it. I also noticed that the failing key's body is slightly too large to fit into an Anker usb a to c adapter and the engraving doesn't match the working key. Could just be classic amazon mingling causing counterfeits to go out. Save yourself the trouble and get a Yubico key from a trusted vendor.

Decent security usage...
Family member is an accountant, uses this for domestic access at home worksite to employer work connection during week day work. Some cyber security is better than no security. Nothing is perfect, hackers know that. Everything has it's own limitations, so some personal cyber safety and valid preventions in place are really necessary.

Good Build quality, lacks OS support.
Good: >High build quality >Tactile Button has a satisfying click Bad: >Doesn't work on Linux (tested on Ubuntu 20.04, Firefox 78.0.2, 64 bit) If you will only ever use windows this is a good key with high build quality. If you need Linux support this key won't work, use a Thetis key or Yubi. I've used Thetis keys and am very satisfied with those. I bought this just to test compatibility for use at my company. Thetis key vs Hypersecu - they're the same price. When I can use a Thetis key that supports Windows / Mac / Linux vs this HyperFIDO Titanium Pro key that lacks Linux compatibility (and idk about mac support) -- why bother with this key that lacks OS support on Linux?? I expect setup should be the same as other keys. If I've setup this key incorrectly or if OS support is improved in the future I will update this review. EDIT: Support on Linux has improved. Works for me on Ubuntu 22.04.3, Chromium 120 64 bit

Got these security keys a while back to add extra protection to my online accounts and they've been working great. The metal construction feels solid and way more durable than the plastic keys I've seen. I keep one on my keychain and it's held up fine so far. Before buying I saw some reviews mentioning they're fragile or the button falls off, but honestly mine have been fine. Been carrying one on my keys for months now with no issues. They seem pretty sturdy to me, not nearly as fragile as some people claimed. Setup in Windows was pretty straightforward - you initialize them through the system settings with a PIN, then you can register them with websites that support FIDO2 like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook etc. The physical button press requirement is nice because it means someone can't remotely access your accounts even if they The manufacturer's website has additional software and guides if needed, though honestly the documentation could be better. I ended up watching a few YouTube videos to understand everything properly. I bought two right away which I'd strongly recommend - having a backup is crucial in case you lose one. At this price point it's easy to justify getting extras unlike some of the more expensive brands out there. For the money these are solid security keys. They do what they're supposed to and feel well made. Would buy again if I needed more.

Fulfills it's purpose perfectly and appears to be extremely sturdy so should avoid damage if fixed to a keyring as designed although I don't use it that way. Very good value for money when I bought it on a day bargain offer but I think they are a lot more now; still, if you want the top quality construction it may be worth it at the full price nevertheless .

I used it with my Google account and Paypal, works just fine. I haven't tried other online services. However, when I tried to use it with OpenSSH for remote administration, I couldn't work out how - everything I tried failed. My reason for NOT giving it 5 stars is not because it doesn't work in my particular scenario, but because the customer support is non-existent. They have a few online guides, but any attempts to get a response from their customer support failed - they don't even have those automated messages that acknowledge the receipt of your question. UPDATE: it CAN work with OpenSSH after all, but it does not support ed25519-sk algorithm, which is what most examples use, however, if you switch the algorithm to ecdsa-sk, it will work just fine.
