Excellent place for my watches and motivation for me to fill up and have a nice colection, without any scratchers, quick delivery and one important thing it's the inside it's a special smell and if you leave the watch there for few days, the watch belts will have the same smell like fresh, so I am so glad with this product and so thanksfull.

Beautiful Garbage
I ordered this product as a birthday gift for a friend. While unpacking it I started noticing some cracks in the body of the product.I then opened the upper part of the watch winder and immediately one of the screws fell out. Upon further inspection, there was another screw just lying on the inside of the watch winder. Both of these screws were supposed to hold the 2 main pieces of the box together.The product looks nice overall, but the extremely low quality renders it useless.For further information, please refer to the attached pictures.The seller was provided the pictures and contacted in regards to this, over 2 weeks ago, but has so far failed to reply.DO NOT purchase this product if you want a decent quality product that works.Spare yourself the horrible experience I've had.

Very nicely made but....
The build quality of this item is great. Heavyweight and lovely finish. Not like some of the cheaper ones on sale which are distinctly lightweight and flimsy feeling.However, although it started off very quiet indeed, after a couple of weeks of use the noise got louder. Not in a grit your teeth way, but it sounded more and more 'loose' in the mechanism is the only way to describe it. A bit like tiny ducks..... It was loud enough after 4 weeks to wake me up.Also the 'D' size batteries that are used for back up did absolutely nothing. Brand new batteries were used and they did not power it with the mains off, which is what I thought they were for.All in all a lovely luxurious product but the engineering didn't quite match up to the looks and build.It is a shame as I loved it when it arrived.

Lining coming off pads
Lining was coming off some pads due to having been shoved in the the slots with brute force. Only 2 independant motors for the 3 turner's so the two on the right must have the same program. Reasonably quiet motors though and well built.

Ok, but could be improved
Good piece of equipment. The only thing I could suggest is that the insert that the watch sits around would be better if it were less rigid and slightly larger. This would hold the watch more securely.

Amazing craftsmanship and great quality.
Absolutely fantastic item.I can't praise this watch winder enough, I purchased this as a gift for a family member but decided to keep it myself.When I purchased the winder I didn't think it was going to be as big and as good as it is, considering other watch wonders cost around £80 - £100 for 2-4 watches this one seems like a bargain.Delivery / packaging:The item was a prime item so delivery was very quick and great service from the courier. The watch winder was packaged very very well, it came in the Amazon box and inside was the actual box which was secure. The winder itself was packaged with selophene and had that foam on the side to product it.Can't fault the packaging at all.Product:The winder itself is of very good quality, there were no scratches/dents or any imperfections that I could see on the wood. The finish is stunning.The hinges are of good quality and I can't see any problems with this in the near future.The quality of the switches is amazing, it feels solid and reminds me of the old sound systems were the dials are hard and feel like they are doing something. It feels like a quality part.The power cable is a standard on that plugs into the back , can't really comment on this but i don't thinks there's going to be any issues with this.Overall this item is really well made with quality parts. The finish is stunning and feels like a lot of care and work was done to achieve the finish.The item is quite large and quite heavy which may be an issue for some people but it wasn't an issue for me as it confirmed how good of an item it is.I would highly recommend this item for either a gift or anyone that has several watches. You don't need to have an automatic watch for this as it works as a great display item too.
