This product really works! My dr recommended I take magnesium glycinate at this dosage for premenstrual headaches, and the 1st month I tried this, the headaches were gone. The pills are not easy to swallow, but I take them one at a time & go slowly—personally, I sip a little water, pop a pill between my lips, shake my head back till I feel the pill at the ack of my throat, and THEN swallow. Because yes, tablets are bitter if you don’t “get them down” the first try.

Great product but I will never order tablets again. Didn't read it thoroughly. Wanted capsules due to fact that I have issues swallowing some pills

Been taking these supplements for quite a while and these are as good or better than other brands that I have taken in the past. The price is great too! I have no issues swallowing them at all!

It’s product is not the daily requirement!You have to take too many!They are supposed to be the same dose I was taking from another brandExcept when I took the same dose with another brand I did not have night leg and foot muscle crampsHow I painfully found out these tablets are not the right strengthI took my usual dose and after just a few days started waking up at night with horrible foot and leg cramps!!!Upped the dose but very unhappy with this product!!!The tablets dissolved in the bottle and there was a huge amount of powdered pills I could not take!!!This product is a waste of money!!!!

This supplement was recommended for my cardiovascular health. They are easy to swallow and are soy and gluten free.
