It's felt!
Like the color assortment and the stiffness of the felt (for my purposes). Haven't figured out what's "adhesive" about these. I tried moistening one side, then the other side, but neither side sticks to anything.

Thinner than I thought it would be for stiff felt
Colors are bright and nice looking. A good variety, but I wish there was a black sheet. The sheets are stiff, but about half the thickness as the ones purchased at our fabric store.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT
I'm using this to make felt wads for reloading. Works fine for that purpose.
