The technician contact number and technician may not exists at all.4. The servuce request get delayed and sms is sent to you justifying the delay with very funny reasons5. When you question them on social media they may act to protect only their reputation.6. Only electro-mechanical spares are covered and overall plan is exactly low as the cost between manufacturers amc and OneAssist7. In a nutshell it's totally a pain getting services from them.

Activation process was not smooth. On trying to get in touch with helpline, made to wait endlessly. Twitter support not responsive too.

This warranty not available for certain products like Black and Decker.Suggest you do not advertise for this in your ads for black and decker as cancelling after payment is a headache and still not got my money back!

Take a lot of energy to return it as they are not giving warranty extended fr 5 the year
