Damaged box.
The media could not be loaded. I’m a very understanding person, sometimes things get damaged. Yet this product was a whole different story. I am extremely disappointed as it was very obvious that the box was not damaged and transport, it was ripped, as well as the straw was sticking out. And this was a birthday gift. So very upset.
