For the 12 pack...... Is this 12 different scents or is it 3 lots of four scents?

The package had 12 different scents. They were small though!

the spray smells so lovely and very vanilla, however when it came, it was a bit dirty but you can just clean it with a wipe or smt, overall i love it sm and bigger than i thought it was, i love it sm!!!
