If I could rate this zero stars , I would
Much of the information provided by this book is not based on science. For example, "Your body needs fuel in the morning. If you don't give it fuel it goes into starvation mode". I'd suggest the author research the action of cortisol and in particular 'the dawn phenomena'. Also, the author suggests that eating 6 times a day is healthier than eating less often. This is simply not true. The author needs to research AMPK vs mTOR to realize that she parroting unsubstantiated garbage. I you don 't believe me, read a book on physiology, focusing on the endocrine system. Overall, zero stars. Disclaimer - I received this Kindle edition for free, and I still think I paid too much.

Habits for everyone
This book is very interesting, but it is not really what it says on the cover. There are various habits presented in it that would certainly help with losing weight, but they are not "quick" and they are not targeted on the "belly fat". Habits by definition can't be quick, it takes time to build habits. But that aside, they make sense and they are helpful, although some of them are too obvious (skip dessert, stay hydrated – fascinating, never heard of it!)Everyone would benefit from implementing these habits into his/her life, but that is not so easy and this book can only help as a guide. Most of the work still depends on the person. But it is a good book and it has value. Recommended.

A terrific, easy to read book filled with easy to follow steps
I enjoyed this short read. Although I work out regularly, practice many of the stress reduction techniques mentioned, and work at living heathily, I found myself taking notes of many things mentioned that I need a firmer commitment on. Very clear and well written and organized as well. Thank you!

This book shows us good tips to make a habit
It is worth a read. This book shows us good tips to make a habit. We all know there are things to cut when we want to have that good shape, healthy body. However, we keep on forgetting to follow the simple steps. It is good that I get to read this kind of book as I am being reminded that I need to stop drinking soda and stop eating junk foods, as well as drink lots of water. This is worth sharing to others, too!

Not a worthwhile purchase
Honestly the book is very lacking. Most of the pages are just repeat information and half the time itd be stuff that is common knowledge. Doesnt provide sources or facts, which doesnt make it super trustworthy. The font is rather big, similar to what you would find in a childrens book so despite its size it does not have the expected amount of information. Similarly the sections and chapters are very laconic, not because it's well worded but because the same topic was covered in another section or it just doesnt elaborate. Save yourself some time and money, I dont see the point in purchasing this book.

Meh..
I bought this one because I really enjoy the 56 workouts book by the same author. This one falls flat in comparison. It took me twenty minutes to flip through and see the same old recommendations most of us should know, drink water, reduce stress, lay off unhealthy foods, and exercise. The content seems sound, but if I'd thumbed through it at a brick and mortar store I would have left it there.

Can't Wait To Try This!!!
I love the way the author talks to you (the reader) about how to get rid of belly fat and goes on to tell you the reasons why. She doesn't talk at you like a lot of people do when discussing this topic. The book has tons of good information included. A lot of what the author states in the book makes a lot of sense. I am looking forward to trying her advice and see what happens. I recommend this book for anyone looking to be healthier.

Great Tips for Losing Belly Fat
New Year is here and losing weight is always on my list. This book offers some great tips for anyone interested in reducing their belly fat. Some seem like common sense, however seeing it in writing makes it a bit more understandable. This is a great book for anyone interested in getting a head start on some simple tips.

Somewhat useful I guess
This book is what it says on the cover 51 ways to change and improve your diet. There are 20 diet tips, 20 workout tips, and 10 lifestyle tips, It written as a long list of things to remember so for instance in the section Lifestyle tip #4 Reduce Stress you are recommended to:1) make time for hobbies2) laugh3) listen to music4) volunteer.In the section Workout habit #17 Make Exercise a Family Activity it suggests:1) Go camping2) Take bike rides3) go to the Park4) try zip lining5) go swimming6) take a hike7) play soccer8) play baseball9) play tennis10) go on a mountain biking vacationSo useful I guess.

Basic common information.
Very disappointed. This is a very small book that gives you all the information that everyone knows. I read all the pages hoping to discover something helpful, but it was not the case. If like me you want a book to help you find ways to kick the bad habits and to gain good ones, well this is not the book.
