I was worried that the wig would make my head too warm, but it didn't. It made my Bob Ross costume look great.

I ordered the brown, and it is certainly not an afro. It has 6-7 inch long strands with curls, and there is no connection between the tracks of hair as an afro would be. Actually, several tracks are not curled at all and hang from down much longer than the curls. Other places have so little hair that you can see the wig netting.

Needed for one time party and it was nicer than expected and was good fit . Quality was much better than local costume stores offered for much more.
