While I enjoy cooking with an air fryer, this one leaves a lot to be desired. When cooking with the basket, it's fine, but the included 3 trays are nearly worthless. The rails the sit on are very small, so the trays are prone to falling.Cleanup is very difficult with this device...fryers that are designed with a removable solid basket are far superior...when cooking bacon or anything with grease, the small catch tray can quickly overflow, creating a massing smoky mess.Overall this is functional, but after more than 6 months of use, I still have buyers regret.

Falls apart. I have no idea why I wasted my money on this crap. I ended up returning it. It was really difficult to use and kept falling. Apart

I actually ordered this for my son for Christmas and he has done nothing but rave about it! Almost everyday he's sending me pictures of all the food he is making and says how amazing it all tastes. He also says he doesn't use his microwave anymore because he is using this instead and the food comes out much better. I highly recommend this air fryer!!

It's a nice product, but the rack guides need to protrude farther out, to make sliding the racks in and out a bit easier. It would be nice if the oven light remained on, when the oven door is opened. With those 2 features lacking, we still love using it.

Not impressed with this air fryer I guess it’s like most others I bought it for the larger size but if you want to do a whole chicken on the rotisserie it’s got to be at awful small chicken.

I love this air fryer. The only thing that would improve the experience with this product would to include a cookbook. I had never used one before.

I have used my Pinsoon fryr almost every day. I tried to fry French fries. I found out from the web I was suppose to have a skewer. I am missing the skwer. This is when I found out it was supposed to be shipped with the fryer. How how do I go about getting these part?
