I’ve been wanting to try a workout waist cincher and Hot Shapers fits the bill. I like the tank style with straps that help hold it up while providing a bit of compression to the axilla. The material is very flexible and comfortable to wear. I wear a dress size 6 or 27 in jeans and I purchased a Small. It makes me sweat a lot so hopefully I will start seeing results soon.

I had been looking for a good cincher for a while, but often times I found that they would not fit well. Some would bother me in the breast area so after using a couple of times I would just throw them away. Others didn't feel like they made me sweat enough. This one is the perfect combination of comfort and utility. It makes me sweat way more than any other I've tried and it fits perfectly.

the only problem I had with this product it's too tight even on the loses, it's not good when working out with. But that's just my opinion. I was wearing a small one. because I'm a small person but even that was too tight on my lungs and I had a hard time breathing when I was working out. and for anyone that works out, it's not a good thing when you're struggling to breathe during a hard work out. I didn't like that, because I couldn't breathe. my lungs were expanding and it was hard taking a breath wearing it. i had to just take it off. so i haven't used it since I got it.

My favorite part of this cincher is that i begin to lose weight and the closures gp down with me. it is awesome!!!!i feel the sweat driping but my clothes stay dry.ill continue to wear in my gym.

I love my Hot Shapers Cami Hot Waist Cincher! Totally something I wear to the gym when I workout and even throughout the day. My posture is improving like crazy because it wraps fully around my torso and back! Not only has my posture improved, but my waistline seems to be loving the Cincher too, I noticed the sweat really helps to trim down on the extra belly fat. I weigh 127lbs, 32in waist, 34bust, 37 hips.I ordered small but it's loose. I was expecting it to be snugly to compress the belly portion. So i am returning it.
