Citrus Magic Odor Absorbing Solid Air Freshener for Closets, Cedar, 8-Ounce, Pack of 3

OMG! The cedar smells will surely nuke any funky ordors. In the closet, bathroom..wherever.

I am very sensitive to scents and had to throw these out. Just a somewhat unpleasant smell to me.

These are supposed to smell like cedar wood, but to me, they smell like wet dirt.They do work to absorb closet odors. I have two teenage sons, and wet dirt is still a better scent than their closets normally have, but I will be choosing a different scent next time.

I purchased the cedar fragrance. It is a light smell that just tickles the nose without leaving a heavy artificial smell in the air that can cling to your clothing. I am satisfied

I like the cedar scent chosen for the closets.

I first bought this product from a local store. The aroma was quite pleasant and very potent. I'd only uncovered part of the top, which was enough to fill the air with its aroma. It lasted more than a year with consistent strong aroma. A huge plus. Once it ran out, I bought this. What a disappointment. I removed the entire top, and the aroma was barely evident. I had to hold it to my nose to get a whiff. Is it a new formula? It is worthless.

This product has changed for the worse. The current product has a chemical smell to it that is not nearly as close to real cedar as the old product was. Maybe it is the baking soda they now advertise? Comparing the two containers I can see that the top cover now says “New! Now with Baking Soda!” and no longer has the “no moths” symbol. Does it now no longer deter moths and other insects like real cedar would? Otherwise the top labels are virtually identical. Turning the container over, the bottom label is substantially different, including an ingredients list that the old product did not provide at all. Interestingly, there is no mention of cedar or any such essence. Of course, because of the lack of ingredients listing on the old product I can’t directly compare the ingredients and their order of prominence. However, there is a “Long Lasting Dual Action!” text box on both, with two items listed. The new product states “Natural Cedar Freshens the Air” and “Baking Soda Absorbs Odors” while the old products states “Natural Cedar Oil Freshens the Air” and “Activated Charcoal Absorbs Odors!” From this it appears they dropped the world oil from the cedar and swapped activated charcoal for baking soda. I should also note that while the UPC of 8705271647 is the same, in very small print at the bottom there appears to be a revision listed, with the old product being “REV 0306” and the new product being “v.3.7 REV 0909”. What else did they change? Whatever they did, the product doesn’t smell as much like cedar as it used to.

It has a faint scent of cedar but more importantly it truly absorbs odors. The size is large and worth the price. I placed them in closets, under couches, and bathrooms.

Too expensive and not very productive at all. Not much scent to them either.

Good product but the smell doesn't last.

I have a really good ability to smell but I am not able to pick up the cedar scent....unless I pick the unit up and put my nose right on it.
