Great for cold winter golf.
Golf in northern Nevada in the winter can be a challenge. We start the day with temperatures at of below freezing requiring layered clothing. So instead of a bulky jacket I thought I'd give these a try with a light sweatshirt and a vest. They worked better than expected. The sleeves kept my arms warm and comfortable without inhibiting my swing. I'll be using them from now on.

Perfect for cold weather
I got these thermal arm sleeves specifically to run the 2019 Bank of America Chicago Marathon. The weather was in the low 40s and these arm sleeves felt just right once I got warmed up during the race. I didnt want to risk getting chafed with the elastic on my bicep, so I applied petroleum jelly. I measured my bicep and got the appropriate size from the size chart yet felt that the elastic was still a little too tight. Perhaps since this is my first pair and I wasn't used to having anything on my arm, I felt them tight. I completely forgot about them once I got used to them. In the end, they kept me warm throughout my race and I didn't get chafed like I thought I would. I highly recommend this product.

Cozy in cool temps
Fit was tight on first use. With time, material relaxes. So fit matches sizing chart.

Very good for very cool to cold morning rides.
I love these. Rubber upper band keeps them from falling down your arm. When sizing go for on the chart the one a bit smaller. I went with my size with the one that was maxed out on the chart. Thus it fits very tight. Which keeps it from falling down. My arms are med.size. I could have went with med. large. But the end of the sizing then would have been a bit larger for me. So I went with my size on the XS -Med. It's like spray pained on . But it does not fall down my arms. Plus these are the Thermals .Very warm. I love them . It gets warm half way through my ride I peel them off. Love these.

Just okay
Slightly shorter ten expected and not very warm. Okay for mild temperatures but only slightly better than bare arms.

I was pleasantly surprised . . .
My arms and hands get the coldest when I mountain bike in cold weather. I decided to try arm and leg warmers but, frankly, I was skeptical something so thin and stretchy could keep me warm. I was pleasantly surprised at their effectiveness especially if worn under a long sleeve shirt. They go on easily and are more comfortable than I expected.

Very Warm
I was extremely shocked by how warm these are I live in Ohio and ran multiple 5Ks in the winter with just these and a sweat shirt over top and my arms stayed plenty warm no issues.

Really good for winter!
These arm warmers are great for winter cycling, definitely warmer than my other ones. I wish they'd be half an inch longer. I wear size small and they fit great otherwise.
