A lot of people don't know what they're buying here.
I just read through other reviews, and the majority of poor ones are from people who don't know what this item is for. This is a thermal shirt. A thermal shirt that is supposed to cling to your body and is supposed to be worn under clothing.Yes, it's a slightly small fit, but no, that guy with the photo should not be wearing a medium when his body is clearly XL.Yes, it stretches and if stretched enough you can see through it a bit, but again, it's supposed to be worn under another shirt, nobody will see your skin if you wear this properly. And yes, the sleeves are a little short, and again this is a good thing because it gets worn under another shirt, and you always want the under layer to have shorter sleeves. This is a 4 star item I'm giving 5 stars because other reviewers have no clue. There's nothing special about this shirt, but it does what it's supposed to.

Never thought this would happen from falling asleep in this
I usually wear this to stay warm so I’d wear it under a shirt. However the ONE time I wore it for leisure it was all bad. I ended up falling asleep and woke up to a rug burn type of feeling behind my shoulder near my armpit. The image speaks for itself. This is 4 days later and I am still red! I am using aloe and vitamin e oil to help with the healing. My skin is finally starting to sort of come back. It’s flaking and peeling right now since it’s essentially a burn. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone buying this product.

Know what size you are and what fit you want.
What are like the most about it is that the material was not bad at all but definitely kept me warm. I ordered a large, the least thing I like about it is that it was an exact fitting it wasn’t too tight but at the same time not that leaves it did not feel comfortable to wear Know what size you are and what fit you want. It fit me exactly, I do not mean this in a good way. The shirt was long enough to end at my waistline. I’m not overweight I would say I have somewhere between a medium and big building I was hoping a large would have a really loose fit since I ordered a medium a couple years back when I was skinnier and it was still a tight fit. If you’re looking to wear this as a undershirt I’d say it’s 9 or 9.5 out of 10. The quality is a 9.5 out of 10. I was hoping for a looser fit so I might order an XL or double XL if those sizes exist, aside from that I feel like I’m going to have to lose a lot of weight to have a loose fit. Definitely do not put this in the dryer it will definitely shrink I learned that with the first one I bought a couple years back. I cold wash these thermal longsleeve’s.

Paper thin! Small sizing! Poor quality! Returned!
Paper thin! Very disappointed. These are very poor quality! The fabric in so thin you can easily see through it. I ordered 2x and these look more like large. You are better off buying one decent, quality shirt than two cheaply made shirts. I returned these the same day! It’s sad that Fruit of the loom has really lost their quality standards.

My favorite shirts
I love these thermal shirts. For me, they are multi purpose. I wear them around the house to lounge in and they are very comfortable. For work I wear them under my uniform for an extra layer when it's cold. I bought two of these three years ago and they are still going strong. I recently purchased 4 more. I did have an initial concern that the bottom of the shirts is not "hemmed" but they have not unraveled or caused any problems at all. I am 6'5" and weigh around 290 lbs. depending on how much I have for breakfast ha ha. The 4X size fits me like it was tailored. There is a little extra length in the sleeves I like because the cuffs keep the sleeves from going over my hands. If you are a big person like me you know that many times simple clothing items costs an outrageous amount. These are priced way below their value in my opinion.

Sizing all messed up
Seriously, this is ridiculous. I'm 5'8" and 209 lbs, with a muscular physique. I fit a large, even in clothing brands that are designed with slighter builds in mind, like H&M. Even if the expectation is that the shirt fit snuggly, it's still too tight. And, not only is it tight, it's also too short. It doesn't just feel like I went a size down, it feels like I'm trying to wear a size Small shirt. At the very least, be wary if you decide to purchase one.P.S: The material is extremely rough, as well. Be mindful of this if you're planning on using it as an undershirt.

6'2", 215lbs, large far too small
6'2", 215lbs, ordered large. Too short in torso, too short in sleeve, tight throughout, when arms are lifted up it feels like its gonna rip. Looks like I ended up ordering the girlfriend some PJ tops. Oh well...

Price for what your getting
I ordered 4 of these a few weeks ago, and I paid $6.40 each for them (each), which is a good price for this item. I got these to use to add a long sleeve under garment to my gray short sleeve work shirts. These are NOT heavy weight, they're not some super high tech fabric either. I don't see anything about them that raises their value to near $18.00 a piece for sure!. maybe $8.00 to $9.00I give these a three star rating for overall quality more so than the current selling price, my rating for the current price would be one star, (value for your dollar rating). And like most if you have a bit longer arms the sleeves will ride a little high on your arm.

Keeping the heat in.
The fruit of the loom are a bit on the large side. Advice anyone to go down one size or put them in washing machine & let them shrink. All that aside, The Fruit of the Loom are very warm & certainly keep the heat in.All likes so far, no dislikes.

Are these Quality Defects Rejects from FoL?
Ordered a grey and 2 white ones 3XL for this winter that were perfect fits, but this Black one was marked 3XL and was like an XL.

Buena tela, mala talla.
LOL
