Elevate Portable Grill

I've had mine for about a year now and used it about 30 times, mostly when camping. The portability factor is the most impressive aspect when you consider the amount of food that fits on the grates. It requires more attention, which I prefer, being that the flame is so close to the food. You want to consider this during prep as well i.e. thickness, spray/oil, etc. The folding and cleaning factors is important to me as I prefer to pack it away when not in use and I'd rather not stink up my truck when securing it. The igniter has never worked but I've never owned a grill with one that has. You will also have to work hard to fit the attachments and a canister in the storage case which I've found to be a general waste of time. The legs/handles require a relatively stable surface or they easily collapse. It holds up okay to a breeze but a stiff wind will blow out your flame.TLDR: If you're interested in simplicity, portability and sanitation, this will likely be the best option.

For all of you that are tailgaters and need some extra room in your tailgate vehicle this is the only choice. Works great, portable, lots of cooking area and easy clean up. Everyone at the tailgate was duly impressed at the versatility of this innovative grill. I had a minor issue with the grill when I received it and the company, Point Elevate, was very responsive and in fact exceeded my expectation with their follow up. There are things that I love and hate about this grill. Love the size and portability of it and love how it cooks!!! Hate cleaning the grates as food seems to stick more on these than others I've tried. Seasoning this grill periodically is highly recommended. Another thing I hate is the poor design on the plastic cover that is supposed to hold the 1lb gas canister neatly inside. Well, the canister doesn't fit if you plan on shutting the door. With all the gas valves located inside the canister, I thought it better not to try and store anything in it. For the price of this grill, this should have been better thought out. So there is my Love/Hate relationship with it. Am I still happy I purchased it? The answer is yes... but still feel it could use improvements.
