Ultra Matrix 3000 Mini Custom Foundation Kit

I have porcelain skin. Every makeup oxidizes on my skin and ends up looking orange. Except this. I bought makeup forever lightest shade and it still turned orange on me (and was ridiculously expensive btw). Their concealer was okay but it was too cakey feeling. This product is like a foundation concealer in one without any of the problems.If you have the same pale problems you need this in your life. I bought this a year or so ago, and I never looked back. Most people Carry around huge pumps and compacts, and theres my with my tiny jar of still perfect makeup that has lasted me for a year. This is literally a sample jar that's how tiny it is. It's so great. It's full coverage by the way, I don't know how they do it. It's full coverage and thin at the same time. It's matte yet dewy. It's not a makeup that can be applied with a brush however. It'll clump if you get it too thick in an area (just rub it with your finger tips and It'll be perfect)I went to a wedding, and we got airbrushed make up done, and I honestly think this beats airbrush makeup any day. It will cover acne marks, scabs, scars, whatever you want to cover. I put this on top of Macs BB cream Primer (because it's a good spf) and it looks flawless.

That's right a bimonthly trip to the MAC store and another color matching seating with some overly made up, primped out "artist" who chatted my ear off while she pretended we were exactly the same color until I could finally squirm my way out of the chair and make my purchase. And 9 times out of 10 I would end up buying an additional product I didn't need or want because it facilitated a quicker departure. Why endure it you ask? Well I don't know about you but my color changes. Every season brings with it a new manifestation of "me". Summer is the worst, and everyone has seen the girl who is sweetly caramelized everywhere except for the white face paint that stops abruptly below her jaw line. It had to be done. Then a friend introduced me to the Ultra Matrix 3000. I have to admit I was a bit intimidated. Ultra-whose-a-whats-it? Mix it yourself? Uhhh...pause taken. But she sat me down, determined to show off her new toy, and mixed me up a batch lickity split (helped that at the moment I was pretty dead on with one of the cheat cards). She sent me home with the sample and I've been hooked ever since. It takes 4 minutes to mix and I only need to do it every other month as I double up the dose. I'm still pretty dead on with the cheat card, I just adjust the red and yellow in the summer time. This all in itself is great stuff, but in addition I never need to buy the whole kit again! I just buy replacement tubes of the colors I use the most of. A total steal. Wish I had discovered this before I bought the 15 lipsticks I didn't want and which now are lined up in my cabinet like little soldiers of shame.

I'm of mixed ethnicity (black, white, Am. Indian) and don't wear foundation since I could never find anything that resembled my skin color. I tried drug store cosmetics, Bobbi Brown, MAC, Iman, Prescriptives and just gave up. There were shades that were pretty close but they still left an ashy cast on my skin. When I tried the Ultra Matrix 3000, and mixed according to the color guide, I was surprised with the results. At first, I was disappointed because I couldn't see it on my skin. Since I've never had any success with foundation, I didn't know that if you're wearing the correct shade of foundation, you shouldn't be able to see it on your skin once it is blended in!! It was amazing, it smoothed out my skin and covered up some uneven pigmentation. I was so skeptical before I put it on and now it's the only thing that I use. I was so happy with the results, I used it for my wedding day. My wedding photos turned out great.This product is easy to use, you can use the color inserts to discover the accurate shading for your skin tone. Plus, this is a pretty cheap price for having your own unique foundation shade. This is the only foundation that I'm going to use from now on.

I work in the theatre, opera, and the ballet as a make-up artist. Not only has the custom kit enabled me to customize colors for each face it has allowed me to simplify my kit. The make-up feels very silky on the face. People like it and come back to me for custom base to take home. It also has tremendous lasting power. Dancers get wet, but the make-up stays on with little touch up. Intermission used to be such a hustle, now it's pretty relaxed.Also, when I am working on people of color I can get an exact match that is always surprisingly perfect. I've been using this product for several years now and it's never let me down. Being a stand-up comic/actress, I need something that isn't going to melt under hot lights. I'm able to adjust my shade so that I don't wash away on film (white skin, dark hair.. you do the math!) and I'm also able to make my own "cover-up" for those occasional pimples that pop up unexpectedly. It's kind of the all in one make-up kit; I make my foundation, my cover-up etc. I can even have my friend make her own shade from my kit in a pinch! And it lasts FOREVER! I just found some foundation that I mixed over a year ago (yeah, made it, put it in a drawer and forgot where I put it until I cleaned out said drawer today) and it is still in good shape..it's as it I made it yesterday. OK nuff said... buy this product!!

I have never felt comfortable at the fancy makeup counters asking for foundation. It can be a bit intimidating. SO over the years I've tried picking out a foundation by myself and I've never been able to find an exact match. I finally found the Matrix 3000 and it's amazing. All I ever wanted was a coverup that would even out my skin tone. It's great. When I tried it I had half my face with it on and I swear that was my model side. Plus it's so easy and fun to mix your own makeup, I feel like an artist when I use it. :o)

I don't normally wear foundation, but I found that this make up is great for base on your eyelids for eye shadow and liner. It also works around your lips to prevent bleeding lipstick. It's easy to mix and goes on really smooth. It disappears on your skin and never looks oily. It dries matte so it's really natural and you don't really need powder on top.
